Summary: Lightspeed has allowed our family-owned company Big Valley Sales to reach a customer base that we never thought possible. Their e-com platform, and their multi-location integration in particular, has made it possible to sell our products all over the world. My grandfather, who started the company 50 years ago, would have been blown away by what Lightspeed has enabled us to do.

Summary: Overall this is a must have piece of software. It is easy to use and you have all kind of statistics at your fingertips.
Positive: The ability for this software to have everything is perfect for our business. Inventory, POS, and statistics are all right there and are super easy to use.
Negative: The only thing I do not like is that the ecommerce side of the software could be more robust to accommodate more businesses.

Summary: I love Lightspeed and will keep renewing my contract yearly as I have been for the past five years. They are always willing to work with you. When covid hit things were slow and they called me with a solution to a lot of things that would drive people to my online store. They are more than a POS.
Positive: I really like how they are always integrating with new products and brands. Just like us, staying up to date with other companies. Their customer service is unmatched.
Negative: It is a little bit more expensive, but worth it because their customer service is really knocked out of the park.

Positive: Easy to learn, great team support! Very clear program. Easy to contact team in case of issues and they are very good to help.
Negative: There is much that I don't need with it... but I just don't use those.

Summary: My overall experience was great, the best thing of it was the customer service and help they provide on my journey on Lightspeed, they were amazing.
Positive: Lightspeed is a great platform for small to medium business, specially if you are brick and mortar because with their POS system they allow you to have an E-commerce website, so it is really cool to have to manage the brick and mortar store and also make the jump to an online business.
Negative: There are some themes that doesn't have too much customization and you have to now coding to do certain stuffs.

Summary: I would make the same decision again to go with Lightspeed. They have a great support team that is very knowledgeable about the product and is willing to help!
Positive: I'm new to the eCommerce Platform, and Lightspeed has held my virtual hand through the whole on boarding process.
Negative: Go thru all the training videos you can, it takes time but it's worth it.

Summary: There are times the system goes down but they are far and few in between. Even when those things happen the system is resilient and you can use the system in multiple ways.
Positive: I’ve been a Lightspeed customer for over 2 years and these people really go above and beyond to bring you and your customers the latest and greatest features to you and your customers. When we were deciding what company to go with I knew Lightspeed would be the company to propel my industry into the 21st century!
Negative: I love that Lightspeed is down to earth and available to step in and help at anytime. The help desk is helpful and the training team is outstanding.

Summary: I am very happy with LS and the customer service with they provide at any time of day. I am able to run bring my inventory in easy with spreadsheet and it's all there in retail and ecom.
Positive: Lightspeed has it all, retail, ecom and POS I did not have to go out and get three different software packages to run my business.
Negative: Took a bit to get up and running, take your time, watch the videos. there are some things which are not part of LS and need to be there like GST in the PO section, and few minor bugs when a new feature came out.

Summary: Lightspeed is a wonderful system for a business that has grown out of its "starter" phase and is looking to expand into the realms of the internet and beyond to a multi-store format. PC and Mac cross-platform compatibility makes is great too.
Positive: Easy to use. Very clear and straightforward menus. Customer service is great and always willing to help with any issues.
Negative: The report system lacks customization that the older system had.
