Summary: My overall experience with the platform has been pleasant. Jotform forms have allowed me to collect a large amount of information without having to use cumbersome paper copies and then transfer the information to the computer to perform the corresponding metrics. Apart from that, the forms can be sent to the participants once they have been completed, thus making it easier for the different employees to track them as well as the people who filled out the forms. Jotform has become one of the indispensable tools when it comes to integrating different platforms within our projects since it provides us with specific functions that speed up the work process and the completion of projects. In addition to integrating very well with project management platforms, it also integrates with the platforms that are linked to the projects, so everything is a great feedback thanks to the synchronization of information that it allows. So I can say that the integration with this platform within my company has been a very excellent overall experience.

Positive: I cannot ignore the ease with which the user interface can be handled, I did not need extensive tutorials to be able to navigate within this platform. Even though it has advanced functions, there is no need to use all the tools that Jotform offers, everything can be done easily if you need to do simple tasks related to the creation of forms. It has a variety of templates that give me the ease of quickly choosing how I want to ask the questions, it also allows me to customize these templates and save them for future forms and even more so when the information is similar but with updated data or new information to be collected. I also like that the participants of the forms only receive a direct link to the form without the need for them to download anything additional or register, it is enough to simply fill out the form and once completed this is sent to the respective creators to later be analyzed according to the needs of each user. In addition, the form reports are fully detailed, thus providing a large amount of useful information for the subsequent data processing obtained by sharing the forms.

Negative: I have not had any problems with this platform as it has been a pleasure to use. The only negative point I could see is that it allows coding in the forms but this can be confusing. Another problem, if you can call it that, is that you cannot create a collaborator to edit the entries as it is only possible if you are an administrator, which I do not find very convenient if you are working in a team. The cost would be a drawback as it is a bit high compared to other alternatives that meet the same characteristics as this platform.

Summary: Jotform is an effective and robust tool for improving efficiency and security in data collection and management, improving responsiveness.

Positive: Jotform allows you to create custom forms quickly and efficiently. This is useful for data collection, internal surveys and incident reporting, ensuring that information is captured in a structured manner. In addition, the automatic notifications feature ensures that teams are immediately alerted to form responses

Negative: The learning curve for non-technical users can be challenging, especially if they must customize complex forms.

Summary: Creating Forms and Survey is not an easy task rather it was an Time consuming task for which Jotform has solved.

Positive: Wide range of plugins are available within the library which help for creating forms with powerful features such as payment collection, Sending SMS and other important features.

Negative: Nothing it works well for creating any surveys or forms.

Summary: Because Jotform doesn't require Salesforce integration and can be a completely standalone product, I would recommend it to anyone, especially small businesses on a budget, who need to get a form up and working fast.

Positive: Compared to other forms and form builders, Jotform is WAY easier to use. They make building forms very simple and if you want to design them to fit your brand... also very easy. I'd say they are like Canva for forms. The biggest pro though is that their forms actually work and so far without fail.

Negative: The only con I've seen so far is integrating with Salesforce. We're actively working with JotForm to figure this out, but it seems to be more of a salesforce issue than Jotform. The only thing that would've been helpful is a heads up about how the salesforce integration needs earlier in the process. I didn't find out until I built my form and then tried to connect it that I found an issue.

Summary: Overall a nice and easier platform to use for lovely professional forms my clients love. Highly recommend to any Entrepreneur or business owner.

Positive: I have tried a number of form builder software over the years but I love JotForm. It’s easy to use, naturally intuitive and nice pleasing interface. I use all types of forms and my clients love them too.

Negative: Personally I don’t have any cons. It does exactly what I want. I’ve exhausted and outgrown my current usage so perhaps have more form use before next level.

Summary: Overall I really like the program and the continued improvements with tables and approvals. I'm working with building a membership tracking program next.

Positive: I've incorporated JotForm into several aspects of our small non-profit club. We've made forms for event registrations, club voting, approval-required signups, and venue rental processes. All training has been through the online tutorials and help resources. This is a robust solution to our many everyday process issues. Additionally the square payment integration has been a cost saver over our current high-fee website system. I also really like the integration capabilities.

Negative: I often find better video tutorials on YouTube and the blogs don't flow very well.

Summary: JotForm is much more than a form tool. eCommerce, advanced boolean logic and branching are excellent. And it embeds beautifully as an html object in existing websites.

Positive: One good example is a sophisticated Thanksgiving dinner order form we built for a local restaurant. There were 9 options of entrees, sides and deserts and it had to be easy to use for customers who's average age is 65+. It was a huge success for the restaurant and super easy to use for the customer!

Negative: The only thing I don't like about JotForm is the frightening alien cat-like avatar!

Summary: My experience has been extremely positive, I have recommended this service to a number of friends with businesses.

Positive: We use JotForm as an online booking tool. It is easy for our clients to use and easy for us to edit. I have yet to have a form fail or glitch.
This software helped set us apart from out competitors.

Negative: Some of the built in widgets don't work as they are meant to. That being said, there are lots of alternatives so it's possible to find ones that work.

Summary: Great experience in developing forms to manage large to small stakeholder groups. I find that it is useful for large institutions to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Positive: Great templates, several functions, and the ability to adapt forms for future use. I found that the information gathered is also reported in several formats to increase the user's ability to communicate results.

Negative: It would be ideal to have more ways to customize with personal images.

Summary: Our local community soccer club has been using JotForm for years. It is a great time-saver, reliable and the online support is quick to respond if help is needed. Overall a great online product, which our sporting club would highly recommend.

Positive: Easy to use.
Multiple uses - registration/booking events/club surveys/credit card payments/capturing information.
Give a not-for-profit discount.
Allows multiple users.
Forms look professional and polished.
Allows us to accept payments with STRIPE.

Negative: Nothing! A great product that is easy to use and navigate for those that are not tech-savvy. A must-have for any Cub admin!

Summary: Once we get the form up and running, there's little to no maintenance needed, so I can attend to other things. I also like how many customizable features there are design-wise, since we try to keep our branding really consistent.

Positive: The school I work at uses a Squarespace website and run our payments through Square. We had tried a number of things to integrate these two platforms, but JotForm is the only thing we found that worked. I really appreciate that we can embed the form into our website to make donations easy. We use the subscription function to allow people to set up recurring (monthly) donations.

Negative: I wish we could create one form with both a subscription and a one-time donation function. We currently have two different forms for people to use depending on the type of donations they make.

Summary: JotForm allows us to quickly and efficiently gather the information we need, and then automatically log that data in our CRM as well as forward the data to all necessary parties.

Positive: I own a large real estate team, and JotForm has become a very valuable tool. We use JotForm for all of our internal and external processes as it allows my team to accomplish many tasks from our website. We love how it integrates with our CRM, and I love that I have so much control over how the forms work. It has become our go-to.

Negative: I wish other systems would even further integrate so I can create forms for a single point of data entry in my business.

Summary: We use JotForm on a daily basis at our business. It’s been easy to use from both a customer and administration standpoint. It’s clean, professional and a great resource as we collect data. We will continue to use daily!

Positive: User friendly for both customer and administration, easy to edit and collect data, professional, good price.

Negative: Sometimes the confirmation form times out for the customer before we verify completion (but we can check it from the admin side).

Summary: It is an amazing system and I love it! I have had to build custom designs and this system allows that to be facilitated very easily.

Positive: So easy to use and versatile. The features allow for customized functionalities for each merchant and support has been great!

Negative: I really don't have any cons for this program at this time.

Summary: A high quality product at extremely value-based pricing. We have used it for a wide range of client-focused efforts and I have recommended it every chance I have had to those looking for cleaner feedback solutions.

Positive: Simple and clean structure that allows a wide range of data/information to be collected for a whole number of different purposes. Easy data access (new UI took time to get used to).

Negative: Additional question/answer formats would be helpful. Exports could be cleaner. Search does not allow exploring multiple forms at the same time.
