Summary: Fantastic! I would recommend JotForm to anyone! It is a gamechanger and can simplify things exponentially, thus allowing more time for projects and responsibilities that require more attention.

Positive: JotForm has totally changed the way we do business in our school district! It is easy to use with simple clicks to add fields, widgets to make more complicated needs easy and the ability to integrate with everything from Google to Zoom to Dropbox to Paypal and dozens more! The new approval flow is a great addition and one that I know we will be implementing soon. The ability to create endless conditions is my favorite!!

Negative: There really isn't anything I don't like! I look forward to updates as they are always exciting and give me more opportunity to do what I thought couldn't be done.

Summary: Overall I couldn't recommend JotForm with more enthusiasm for anyone looking to create a simple form all the way to complex online stores with inventory management and payment processing. They integrate with so many platforms that really almost anything you can dream up in terms of data collection, processing and reporting is possible!

Positive: JotForm has incredible depth - countless integrations, flexible reporting building, endless field options, and a user interface anyone can use. The layout and simplicity of their form builder allows anyone to create custom forms that look professional in hardly anytime. We have been using JotForm for years and are continually impressed with the upgrades made to their platform and form building experience.

Negative: While JotForm is very easy to use, I wish that there was easier access to support - a live chat or phone number to call - when you do have a hiccup and want to talk through a solution.

Summary: Overall I highly recommend this product especially at the price point. We have built well over dozens of forms that are used on a daily basis and never had any issues.

Positive: Easy to use and very customizable. There are a bunch of pre-built forms that can be chosen from to help get started. Also, JotForms integrates with a ton of other 3rd party services such as Google sheets, ZenDesk, Zapier and more.

Negative: No ability to add custom javascript to the form. I have used other form builders in the past and some of them allow you to add custom javascript.

Summary: Overall, very easy to use - can be used by virtually anyone with no "tech" experience. Would recommend for HR department who frequently need to capture information from employees.

Positive: Allows us to securely capture information from our employees in a secure environment. Employees have found form easy to use.

Negative: Would like to see more robust reporting options and more options for multiple language support (user can select language).

Summary: I have been using a number of software applications at various startups and I had a really good time with jot form. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Positive: As a solar company that's trying to establish itself online, jot forms were a real lifesaver. It was easy to set up. We hand a landing page for potential customers. Perfect solution.

Negative: For me and my team, we don't have any complaints with jot form.

The collected data can easily be synced to 3rd party databases. The large number of community and 3rd party widgets has really extended Jotform's use.

Positive: JotForm has a high number of preformatted templates and highly configurable form elements. The predesigned color schemes are great, but can be highly customized to match your branding. The HIPAA security and data encryption mean that Jotform can be used to collect Protected Health Information (PHI) and personal information like Tax ID numbers securely.

Negative: Jotform just launched a new product which may resolve my primary con: Limited formatting of the notification email information. We wanted to exclude blank fields. This was not possible last time I checked a couple of months ago.

Summary: Clients have been able to easily register when looking for real estate solutions within my company. With Jotform forms I have been able to store a large number of contacts with my clients and be able to share the data with the CRM team through integration so that my clients can have great support from my company.

It has also helped me when visitors to my website register in the subscribe section to obtain more news regarding property offers, at the time of subscriptions I send my different subscribers a form so that they tell me the possible characteristics of future properties and thus have a closer follow-up and also know what you are looking for when you want to buy a property.

It is practical to be able to use this platform for data collection to put together the different contracts with clients since they only have to fill in the fields and they will instantly have a document ready to print and sign without any complications. This is how I optimize the way in which I complete contracts with clients, since I don't have to go through tedious paperwork processes, but rather it is simply the clients who fill out everything and thus are sure that everything is correct. Positive: The creation of the forms was extremely easy, with drag and drop I can now add the different elements where the different questions of my form will be located. I got good answers from Jotfrom technical support, I had complete customer service when I needed solutions to be able to correctly implement this platform within my company. The best of all is that the response time was too short since I sent my requests, when I sent my concern I received a ticket that companies with good technical support always throw automatically and after a couple of minutes I was already aware someone on the other side of the screen solving my concerns.

It can be integrated with multiple platforms to achieve automation, thus being able to have a complex integration. In my case, I was able to easily integrate with MailChimp without a problem when sending forms to subscribers to be able to complete their subscription or registration within my internal system, thus being able to have potential clients to scale my company being able to reach more people.

Barcodes can be uploaded to the forms, this is very important to companies that use coupons, discounts or offers on their products or for any other market research thing. Not only a barcode, but also some required proof or document that identifies the person who completes a form in case verification is required or added to a database, a basic example could be the registration to enter a company or the registry of a university tuition. There are many possibilities to use Jotform forms.

Negative: One overly negative downside to this platform is the cost when comparing other sites that offer form creation and submission. It is too expensive, even for the basic plan it tends to be expensive for an average company, the number of shipments is minimal for the large amount of money paid monthly and the creation of forms seems like a joke. I would prefer that those who manage the Jotform platform rethink their prices because they are the least competitive in the forms market.

The form templates are too sparse, making it not very intuitive to start with this platform when you don't have knowledge of how to structure a form well. The templates that Jotform has are very simple, anyone with basic knowledge of this platform could create something similar in a matter of minutes, so they should have more elaborate templates depending on the theme chosen to have more diversity and ease for users when using this platform for the first time.

The tool that allows you to export data to a spreadsheet is not so practical when it comes to already having a pre-established template to do data analysis in Excel or some platform to display graphs of the results obtained. So I would like there to be a section on what to export and in what order each cell of the results information should go. In addition, I would also like the integration of Excel or some other data analysis platform, so that I do not have to edit everything manually, but rather it is an automated process.

I would like it to include more payment widgets such as digital wallets in order to facilitate the payment process for people who manage the different payment methods that currently exist. For me it would not be a problem to receive a payment through Skrill when I implement a payment section within my forms, so not only base myself on the typical payments such as credit card or PayPal but go further and have a great diversity for my clients.

Summary: I find myself coming back to JotForm for many different projects. I would highly recommend it.

Negative: The customer service is good but it is slow.

Summary: Great experience, could not do it without it. While the use for the end user is easy it could be a little more user friendly to the people setting it up.

Positive: Saves time, money and create efficiencies. It is user friendly (for the end user), answer come through instantly and that is great.

Negative: hard to work why certain things do not work at times. Have had little down time but when we had it we had to find out ourselves that JotForm was having issues.

Summary: Overall, is very useful, most of the things we need to do in our company we have a form or use JotForm for it.

Positive: It's very customizable. I like the number of submissions we can make and how it integrates with most of our platforms.

Negative: I have issues constantly with the integration with Google Sheets and JotForm, some submissions don't go through, but after that, is a very good platform.

Summary: There are definitely some kinks, but overall, this service has helped save time and energy since we are getting over 300+ submissions per week. Some things that would change this service to a 100% for me, would be if all submissions are sent via email, as we are often missing several. Also, sometimes the email that is sent is completely missing data, which causes us to have to search for their entry onsite. Obviously, it's not a complete turn-off, but if not caught , this causes issues.

Positive: Since we are updating our form weekly, the actual updating process is pretty seamless. There's several different features that are convenient, but also some that don't work as best as they can.

Negative: Sometimes Data is not sent with all fields present, or even worse, not sent to us via email at all. Autofill can also not work at its best ability. often, which can skew data.

Summary: Super customizable with CSS and the support team helps to provide custom CSS when needed.

Positive: Easy to embed into our website.

Negative: I don't have CSS knowledge which makes a lot of things hard. Fairly ugly out of the box user interfaces
