    Summary: My overall experience is quite good, its flexibility in form design & integration capabilities contribute to a versatile data collection process.

    Positive: Its offline functionality allows users to collect data in remote or offline locations, syncing while a connection is reestablished.

    Negative: We have found that certain advanced customization options are less extensive compared to more specialized form building tools.
