Negative: It simplifies the creation and management of contracts in the simplest way imaginable, I cant find anything that I am missing.

Summary: It is a very simple-to-use tool we use almost daily. Checking the dashboard for what is happening and keeping track of the essential deadlines with e-mail reminders. It is a preferred signature tool, even though we also have DocuSign accounts mostly because I can sign Zip with INHUBBER.

Positive: In two years, not a single missed deadline or misunderstood obligation. Given that it comes with a digital signature at every tier, it's a pretty good deal.

Negative: It is a very simple-to-use tool to get read of all contract management worries. Not a single problem so far.

Summary: It is perfect to compliantly sign and monitor contracts and legal documents with global partners and cross-functional teams.

Positive: Simple, uncluttered UI. Perfect for cross-functional teams to work together to get approvals and deal with contracts.

Negative: We need a digital signature that is secure and GDPR compliant to deal with larger international European suppliers. Inhubber delivered so much more in terms of full contract administration.

Summary: Contract management and signing are simple. A wide range of search options. Virtual Data Room is always prepared for audits and due diligence. All I need is there.

Positive: Contract Management with an intuitive contract repository with AI-powered contract analysis, powerful search features and optional automatic email reminders.

Negative: Really, there aren't any cons in my opinion. Works well for my requirements.

Summary: We use it in a few departments, and It eliminates the need to print, sign, scan, and send paper documents. Some subsidiaries still have back-and-forth e-mails between parties, which kills productivity. It will be deployed across the company within six months.

Negative: I've never had a customer who didn't know where or how to sign because of how straightforward it is. Its price point also beats any contract management software and provides a digital signature on top.

Positive: Digital signing of unusual file formats is nowhere easier than with INHUBBER. It is a huge productivity boost to be able to sign a zip file or not have to work with Excel saved as PDF.

Negative: They take safety very seriously. We should probably do the same with all our other software. I guess we have to live with the security measures when it comes to legal documents...
