Summary: I am glad we chose INHUBBER over complex software or integrations with digital signatures. Having everything in one secure place and using one software to deal with contracts is a huge advantage.

Positive: It helps both us and the suppliers to keep up with the contracts. Especially when we have more than two parties working on the project, INHUBBER is a real life saviour, as there are no more excuses for missing deadlines or waiting for approvals.

Negative: I moved to my current role a year ago. Before that we were using SAP with DocuSign. INHUBEBR is such a time saver compared to the complex SAP.

Summary: Positive experience from the beginning. We had onboarding in less than a week across several departments and now the whole company with subsidiaries uses INHUBBER.

Negative: Zero cares, both as a user and as an administrator. Not a single customer has contacted us with difficulties, and we work with an older customer base.

Positive: When something is needed, INHUBBER makes sure you take care of it. Keep us involved in contract management without much effort on our part.

Negative: I am glad that it is not overloaded with complex features that take time to get used to.

Inhubber provides excellent document management and enables seamless collaboration between the various parties involved in contract management.

Positive: CLM that seamlessly integrates a digital signature , elevating the conventional paper-based process to a digitized realm.

Negative: I have been using it once or twice a week for over a year and so far it has worked well for me.

Summary: Overall, I am very happy with the software, especially with the way it keeps our legal work well organised. Very helpful when working with a large number of contracts at once.

Positive: Productivity increase in sales by at least 30% alone with no need to talk to legal, saving time and nerves for both us and the customer.

Negative: A well-designed tool for the contract management professionals...

Summary: Friendly 20 minute onboarding and you have a great experience from day one. I deal with all the issues and steps on one platform, no need to switch to DocuSign or manually organise signed documents. Everything is taken care of.

Positive: There are several ways of getting contracts into the system. That helps a lot, especially when you have several contracts to deal with at once.

Negative: We have quite complex contracts and it is satisfying to have at least one easy way to deal with the complicated information within them.

Summary: Contract management is critical for us to ensure compliance with our contracts and those of our customers. Most of our employees are not very tech-savvy and contract management is not much fun anyway. We switched to inhubber because it was easier for our sales teams and suppliers to use.

Positive: It truly automates and simplifies contract management.
Makes auditing, tracking and renewal efficient, in fact most of it happens in the background with almost no involvement on my part.

Negative: I can recommend the software. We went from what appeared to be a much more sophisticated and probably more expensive solution and never had any problems. Before we had endless tickets to solve some issues or just waiting to understand how to use what. Thanks to AI, the onboarding of our hundreds of contracts was also fast.

Summary: We expected to replace the need to print, sign and scan contracts, instead we got software that replaced at least five different tools and integrated seamlessly with our MS SharePoint.

Positive: One of the key features is the digital signature for Zip. In fact, with just a few clicks, you can electronically sign or send for approval hundreds of documents of various types. I am impressed with how seamlessly it integrates with SharePoint.

Negative: Inhubber proved to be a real game changer for our department, not a single negative experience.

Summary: Our department has just started using the software, it was easy to learn. The company provided excellent onboarding, support and customer service.

Positive: It is definitely a tool that not only meets the needs of the legal department. Our team, procurement and sales are happy to have a common place to keep an eye on the processes.

Negative: We just started using it, so it is too early to tell, yet the ease of use and speed of integration in a company of our size is impressive.

Summary: Very happy with the software and the vendor. It is a massive aid in organising our hundreds of contracts and versions and versions of versions.

Positive: For me, it is particularly important to reduce the risk of loss or misplacement of contracts, versions and related attachments. It is probably the easiest way to streamline the entire contract management process.

Negative: I only had to contact the service once in almost two years of use, for the onboarding session. And the entire onboarding took less than half an hour.

Summary: Highly recommended if you need to work on contracts with a lot of people who don't want to change work processes, let alone learn new software.

Positive: Signing zip and excel files is useful.
Takes away a lot of manual work, having all the documents in one secure and organised place is already a huge help.

Negative: We don't need anything fancy, just fast, easy and secure contract management. Inhubber does that well.

Summary: With Inhubber's digital signature, contract management is already efficient and streamlined. The real efficiency boost is certainly the paid subscription with workspaces, easy collaboration and useful management tools.

Positive: There is absolutely no need to explain anything to the occasional users. Its a great efficiency boost because even the most technology averse person just presses a few buttons and helps us do our job without having to think about paperwork.

Negative: Contract management can be a time consuming process even with software, I really like that at least Inhubber's software is super easy to use.

Summary: Kudos to the development and support team, you have succeeded in maintaining the high standards for over two years.

Positive: We were recently complimented by a supplier for our efficient contract management. Sure, with a lot of discipline we managed to achieve our goal of organising our contract chaos last year. Yet at least 50% of our success is due to Inhubber.

Negative: I was not aware from the beginning that you can also integrate Inhubber with MS SharePoint.

Summary: A very useful tool that was easy to implement, which is unusual for a company of our size. But certainly the benefit of being compliant and having cross-departmental collaboration on legal operations is revolutionary.

Positive: The biggest benefit is the ease of handling contracts and signatures. Just upload a contract and let the AI do the rest.

Negative: I am happy to write a review; I use Inhubber daily and gladly recommend it.
