Summary: One of the most user-friendly contract management software applications I have ever used. We use it to reduce the chaos in contract management. Departments are focused on the obligations and deliverables specified in the contracts. We try to involve all parties affected by the contracts in contract management, or at least understand why we are doing what we are doing. It is very helpful that Inhubber is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The pricing is transparent, and the storage and AI-powered document management with holistic security are fantastic.

Positive: I appreciate that Inhubber is an easy-to-use tool for an administrator, but can also be used by a larger team without supervision. It is a fantastic option for a large company like mine, where users have widely varying needs. It is easy to learn on your own. In less than 20 minutes, anyone can get started with it.

Negative: I have nothing against Inhubber, it is simple and reliable.

Summary: During Corona, we were faced with the need to find a secure way to make contracts, and especially contract data, available to employees in home offices. Inhubber has helped us unify the entire contract management process across the organization. It's easier and faster to access the data we need or, if necessary, to keep documents confidential and restrict access. The digital signature has proven to be quite helpful, especially when data rooms or numerous documents need to be signed at once and the signature process has to be tracked.

Positive: I like that we have automated much of the contract negotiation process with Inhubber. Now we can handle almost the entire lifecycle of a contract in one place, without the need for dedicated contract managers or legal advisors.

Negative: The platform has virtually no complex features, which for me does not impose any limitations and makes it easy to use.

Summary: Before choosing Inhubber, we did a lot of research, demos and tests of different contract management systems. The time was used wisely and I think we made the right choice. Our requirements are very clear security, compliance, usability and a platform-native digital signature. At least I got what I needed and was actually surprised by AI and digital signature features. In particular, the digital signature for Excel saves a lot of time post-signing, since the file remains usable even after it has been signed. Super useful for service level agreements. With AI, I can organize any document in minutes compared to tedious hours of manual work.

Positive: We love how easy the system is to use. In less than 30 minutes, new users can be thoroughly trained and familiarized with the management and signing of contracts, including all other functions.

Negative: We are currently training employees to use the platform. In our department we had no problems.

Summary: It provides us with a fast and secure way to monitor and sign contracts, saving you time and closing deals faster. We've reduced friction in doing business and increased supplier satisfaction because both parties know what to expect from deals. The e-mail notifications are very useful if you don't want to overload the calendar. We set up a notification a few days before the due date and everything is going as planned.

Positive: It's easy to learn and use, and AI simplifies complex tasks like reading and analyzing documents. Excellent tool for keeping track of confidential contracts and getting approvals for them, as well as for attachments like Zip, Excel, etc. I like the ability to restrict who can see the contracts and set reminders which don't clutter up the calendar.

Negative: It's easy to use and has a nice interface, so there's nothing to dislike.

Summary: The best contract management solution for purchasing departments. With AI to track and search information, less manual work, centralization of contract management. We realized ROI in a very short time.
It has changed the way my team works from manual, repetitive document work to efficiency and getting the essentials done for contracts. We have streamlined our procedures, freed the experts from tons of avoidable work hours, and increased the effectiveness of the department.

Positive: Like it was designed for most of our use cases. Simple and ready to use in just a few steps. Digital signature for literally any file.

Negative: Almost everything I look for in contract management. I hope they wont over complicate it in the future.

Negative: The 14-day trial time was not long enough for me to try all the capabilities. I couldn't test all the features because it was too short.

The result is an exceptionally useful software that covers all the important requirements of contract management. In particular, I consider the security approach to be quite fundamental.

Positive: It' s excellently designed, easily accessible, and can be searched in a variety of ways. Documents are secure yet can be shared with others at the same time. Signatures are easy to obtain, set up and process. Overall, the software has everything you need for contract management, yet is easy to use.

Negative: Indicate that the signature can be used to sign any file format.

Summary: With the improvement in operations from the limited set of features I use, the platform is worth every penny I spend. I think those who are more involved with contracts will see the full potential.

Positive: Rarely is there B2B software that is both quick to learn and easy to use. The team has managed to achieve that.

Negative: Not much. I don't use all the features. But the ones I do use make my life easier.

Summary: Well-organized, digitized contract management is a must, regardless of company size.
If you implement it, do it right. Involve all departments. It's too easy to learn to exclude someone.

Positive: Every day improves my workflow.
