Positive: It is perfect to continuously improve contract management. It enables full transparency into status of contracts and approvals. It saves a lot of time replacing most of the paper-based transactions.

Negative: I didn’t have any negative feedback or experience with the software. Everything is up to the mark and as expected.

Summary: We keep contracts and contract history in one place, ready for the audit. All data is stored securely and can be easily turned into reports. Inhubber provides a great way to keep up with the company's compliance policy. In fact, keeping up with compliance becomes a team effort as all documents are well prepared for compliance just by having a well organised repository.

Positive: All transactions have an audit trail and digital signatures are easy to use. All the data needed for an audit is just a few mouse clicks away.

Negative: I really care about not spending endless time on preparing some reports and audit documentation, such search tasks actually eat up my working time. Inhubber has found an elegant way to keep up with audits with less effort.

Negative: Writing a query for some information from the legal department makes me appreciate Inhubber over and over again.

Summary: Inhubber saves us from all low impact tasks in contract management, once the document is on the platform it is handled. All reminders are taken care of, regardless of who is responsible for the action.

Positive: Automating manual tasks saves a lot of time in our department. At the same time, it makes compliance effortless and reduces business risk.

Negative: Not having to take any action on contract management is enough to like the software.

Positive: I like the fast familiarisation and the ease of use. We often have to involve people in contract management who have never dealt with contracts before, and that would be very problematic with software that is difficult to use.

Negative: We had a short workshop during the on-boarding and in the first few days of use, after which we never needed support again.

Negative: I think Inhubber's strength might also be its weakness, because the intuitiveness of the platform relies on quite simple functions that might be limiting for some users.
