Summary: We use Inhubber to keep contract cycles as short as possible. It starts with getting internal approvals and later on making sure that the right people on the partner side have signed the contracts.

Positive: Inhubber reduces contracting cycles and administrative costs. I can't understand how departments without digitalized contract management monitor their approvals and, in general, their contracts.

Negative: I don't need to chase after some information or a signature, that's enough for me.

Summary: Inhubber makes sure that I do not have to request information from the legal department. What would normally take some work in describing what I need and time waiting for the information, takes with Inhubber one look at the dashboard.

Positive: Inhubber replaces lawyers for us whenever we need some contract information. Actually, it takes up to 2 days to get a response from the legal department, compared to a few minutes to get information from the Inhubber dashboard. The same goes for following up the approval process.

Negative: Writing a query for some information from the legal department makes me appreciate Inhubber over and over again.

Summary: Inhubber saves us from all low impact tasks in contract management, once the document is on the platform it is handled. All reminders are taken care of, regardless of who is responsible for the action.

Positive: Automating manual tasks saves a lot of time in our department. At the same time, it makes compliance effortless and reduces business risk.

Negative: Not having to take any action on contract management is enough to like the software.

Summary: This platform allowed our business to go digital in the most critical area, our contract management. We reduced the headcount in the legal department and generated additional revenue through better management of commitments.

Positive: Our company has been looking to go fully digital since 2021, but was reluctant to do so for fear of losing out on security, especially in the area of contracts. INHUBBER came with the complete package of security, well organised and managed repository, digital signature and AI automation. This way, all important data stays on the platform and is protected by well-defined security mechanisms. Our department alone saves 1-2 hours per employee per month just by having a better overview of contract milestones.

Negative: At first I thought it would be a pain to navigate and learn how to use a new platform. I can honestly say that it took me just over twenty minutes to fully understand how to use INHUBBER.

Negative: No negative experiences, the software is also quite simple and easy to use.

Summary: Mainly for monitoring supplier contracts. We make sure that the negotiated conditions are actually respected. I mainly use it to cancel contracts when some services are outdated or no longer needed.

Positive: I like the fast familiarisation and the ease of use. We often have to involve people in contract management who have never dealt with contracts before, and that would be very problematic with software that is difficult to use.

Negative: We had a short workshop during the on-boarding and in the first few days of use, after which we never needed support again.

Summary: We use Inhubber to involve people who often don't really work with contracts in managing or complying with contractual obligations. We sign contracts and track contract performance.

Positive: I have worked with various digital signatures and different contract management software. Inhubber has two big advantages: It has a platform-owned digital signature and it is very easy to work with.

Negative: I think Inhubber's strength might also be its weakness, because the intuitiveness of the platform relies on quite simple functions that might be limiting for some users.

Summary: As someone who is constantly on the move, contract management is something I have never been able to do when I'm out of the office. INHUBBER has enabled me to go about my daily duties without having to return to my desk to process a contract. it's a fantastic platform and I absolutely loved it.

Negative: Not very tech-savvy, the idea of managing contracts online scared me at first. Well, the company's digitisation policy forced me to change my mind. Now, with INHUBBER, I would recommend online contract management to anyone. I have so much respect for the hard work of the contract managers designing this software. Well done INHUBBER!

Summary: I appreciate the simple user interface. It makes managing contracts and keeping track of all the negotiated milestones and deadlines simple. Reminders, document storage, and reporting automated and helpful in day-to-day business.
Reports have an EXCEL export option that is great for internal accounting.
It's simple to operate and keeps me informed about all our contract issues.

Positive: It takes 10-20 minutes of training to fully use the platform. Inhubber is easy to scale as there is almost no need to explain it to new users, customers, etc.

Negative: I don't have any major problems or areas of dissatisfaction. Teem should keep on making the easy to use software.

Summary: We have consolidated all aspects of our contract management in one secure place. Now it is easy to get reliable information on which contract is out of date, where we are losing business and which we should consider terminating.

Positive: I was in the buying committee and Inhubber made the choice quite straightforward with onboarding in under 30 minutes, AI automation and innovative security measures.

Negative: I would always choose simplicity over complexity and Inhubber has mastered this with its intuitiveness, especially in such a complex area as contract management.

Summary: Excellent digital contract management and signature platform. I never had any problems with it. Moreover, it took me less than half an hour to start using it. Meanwhile, I feel like an expert in contract management with Inhubber.

Negative: At first I missed paper contracts, but the time and environment benefits outweigh any kind of nostalgia for paper.

We started actively using Inhubber a little over a year ago and are experiencing increased productivity, supplier and customer satisfaction month over month. I send out an insane amount of documents for approval. Prior to Inhubber, I had to submit each document as a Pdf or text file to get it signed. That's a lot of work and Excel in Pdf format is nearly useless. With Inhubber, I just upload any file for signature.

Positive: All contracts and information are secure and easily accessible in one place. Digital signature for every contract attachment in any amount and any digital format.

Negative: After switching from manual contract management, it's hard to find any bad sides to the easy-to-use digital contract management digital signature package.
