Digital Signature is easy to use and has free standard eSignature and probably the cheapest QES on the market. It stands out for its straightforward user experience and intuitive learning curve.

Negative: There's not much negative to say, it works well even with older tenants who need to sign a contract once a decade.

Positive: The contracts we receive from our suppliers are very complex and difficult to manage. Often suppliers don't really know what is in their own contracts. With INHUBBER, we get all the key data of the individual contracts, including deadlines, via a dashboard. INHUBBER helps to understand and manage contracts accordingly.

Negative: One of our departments still uses SharePoint and DocuSign to manage contracts. This is highly inefficient. I'm glad we have the dedicated software with QES and AI and don't need three systems to work with contracts.
