Summary: Overall, I'm happy with Hubstaff. We use it daily in our company, and it helps us keep track of our employees' productivity.

Positive: I like the simplicity of Hubstaff's usage. I also like that it works both on PCs and Mac. Additionally, it gives good value for its price. And most of all, I like how the company is improving the product and adding more and more features to it.

Negative: The main issue I have with Hubstaff is time syncing across devices. Most of the time, there's a ten-minute difference when you are switching from Mac to PC and vice versa, and it doesn't get recorded at all. Also, the mobile app and extension can't make screenshots.

Summary: We can view online reports to optimize our company performance it records employees hours. It also allows mobile based time tracking. User friendly features. Dashboard provide real time data. Tracking can be done offline as well and it will get Sync whenever you get online. Great alternative to monitor staff.

Negative: Truly incredible time tracking software. Loved it. No cons for this software.

Positive: It is simple to track time or hours spent by employees when working using Hubstaff. Again, it is simple to generate payrolls or rather pay employees using accurate time tracking data. It a reliable tool for employees attendance and leave leave management.

Negative: Hubstaff is simple time tracking and productivity software that hasn't failed to meet my needs.

Positive: Hubstaff is really easy to use and user friendly software, definitely easy to navigate. I also love the productivity features, including the badges and the productivity percentages. I've used other software in the same niche and nonetheless other ones are not so stable and user friendly.

Negative: I have noticed that the free plan is quite limited, and the reporting features could be more advanced. So Hubstaff's free plan only allows for one user and limited features. Also reporting system has some limitations, more advanced reporting is not available just the basic one. I also miss the project based invoicing, that would be a nice feature.

Summary: Overall, Hubstaff comes in very handy when a coworker is working remotely. It helps to make them more productive and focused on work. It gives data on activities such as their time spent, the app used and websites visited and others.

Positive: It tracks every activity of the employee that happened on their computer. Helps to improve productivity in remote employees. Also, I can track the time spent on projects. Without admin permission, it can't be disabled. Lightweight and doesn't slow down the computer.

Negative: Its user interface is slightly complicated. They should offer a clean interface.

Summary: Fantastic tool. Not the cheapest in the market but offers great value. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a simple yet robust time tracking tool.

Positive: Tracking capabilities, flexible price setting based on projects, very quick support response times, unlimited project viewers at no cost.

Negative: Should have more capability to payout to different freelancers more cost effectively.

Summary: As it not possible to look after staff and check progress every time. So, this product is a game changer.

Summary: I love Hubstaff! It is my absolute go-to time tracker. I use the free version, and there is still *so* much functionality. As a freelance content marketing consultant, I work with a lot of different clients. Time tracking is a big necessity for me. I've tried several options, and this one is (hands-down) the easiest to use and offers the most features. I use this every single day and can't imagine my work life without it. If you're on the fence, just try it. You won't be sorry!

Positive: -Very robust features, even with the free version
-Easily switch my timer from one task to the other as I need to jump from project to project throughout the day
-Can track in the system what rate I'm charging each client (no more searching old emails to see agreed-upon rates)
-Very easy to run reports and filter what I need
-Lets me create a huge number of projects and easily archive the ones I no longer need

Negative: -Dashboard has a small but definite learning curve. Takes a little while to get used to where everything is and how to do everything.
-Can't create invoices directly from the system with the free version
-Frequent updates mean I often have to log back in. (This is a minor, minor inconvenience.)

Summary: Hubstaff was always my go to when it came to tracking hours and employee productivity and it has not disappointed. My employees find it easy to use as well. I can easily go in and figure out their hours and pay and work from there.

Negative: So far I haven’t been able to find anything about Hubstaff I don’t like. I have used it as an employee and now I am using it as a boss and I have to say that it has always done wonders.

Summary: I already recommended and implement it for many clients, they use it all day every day in total over 30 people using it because of mine recommendations.

Positive: This makes easy to track time using Timesheet and screenshot, this helps to have a efficient team well organized.

Negative: It doesn’t integrate well with QuickBooks or payroll system the way I want it however this is the best out there.

Summary: Overall it is excellent and beneficial for freelancers and those working at home.

Positive: Everything is perfect when tracking a time at work. Every minute and every second will screenshot my screen to be able to see what is doing to the person.

Negative: Every minute has a screenshot. When suddenly blackout it will pop up and ask about the idle time.

Negative: Awaiting an improved Asana connection that would allow team members to also start tracking from within Asana.
