Using this platform we have been able to scale the business more rapidly. I'm able to create beautiful leading pages without any coding. Overall, HubSpot Marketing is a versatile cross-channel marketing platform that helps to develop email channels with ease.

    Positive: The feature for segmenting leads with the proper campaign is the best. Gives control of every outbound email. I loved its templates, they are modern and easy to add to the email. The attribution tracking feature is truly an excellent add-on to its ability. It can automate the emailing structure.

    Negative: It needs some improvisation in the campaign monitor screen. For me it's a little messy and finding specific detail takes time.

    Summary: I have been able to track all the fruits that I have applied in social networks by being able to automate all the marketing of the company within a single platform without requiring external programs since it is very complete and robust. I have been able to improve the workflow regarding the sending and creation of email campaigns for the different clients or subscribers that the company has from the website. I have been able to involve clients in the different marketing projects, who have felt grateful for having a deeper closeness with the company by being able to know everything that happens inside. The most serious drawback was to train existing employees when implementing this platform within the company, it took a lot of work and effort to get everyone to understand at least the basic functions to be able to successfully use this platform and continue doing marketing as we have been carrying. Now everything is easier and more automatic when we have the ability to program everything in advance and see the results in real time of the impact that my company is causing within all social media and email.

    Positive: º I like that I can include forms without the need to resort to external platforms to do this work, so I keep everything in one place and have the results the moment users start responding to the submitted forms.

    º I can work collaboratively with different campaigns and different employees. I find it more practical to be able to do it this way and within the same platform to maintain multiple communications without losing the thread of work, avoiding confusion and loss of time when there are established deadlines.

    º Email tools are more complete and easy to use, thus being able to reduce the time I spend managing the company's marketing when I want to create a campaign or newsletter. It is very convenient and practical to be able to have quick and concrete solutions to reduce work time and to be able to carry out other tasks that require time and dedication, automating everything without the risk of things going wrong.

    º You can also manage the social channels without the need to be in them, since within this platform there is a panel which has everything you need to post in the different media, as well as how to program when they are published in order to have everything in order and on time to be able to make the next post more calmly and see if the previous post was attractive or not and thus apply future improvements that capture the attention of the public.

    º I can integrate the CRM without any problem, thus facilitating the connection between sales with marketing and having everything on par, thus being able to measure the impact of what we do on the internet with the sales that the company has with the services that we offer. It also allows us to improve when we notice that not everything is going along the way, in order to apply improvements and that everything will exponentially with the company.

    Negative: º Its offers are not as complete as those of the competition, I would like it to be more solid and specific so as not to have extra expenses which it requires for needing a function. It is annoying to have to pay more to use functions that some plan should already have depending on the type of needs and not that are added as an extra function just to continue squeezing money left and right. This platform is a good business solution to maintain good marketing assured, but if you continue like this you may lose customers.

    º I have very little support from this company since I have to look for information myself to solve the problems I have with the platform since HubSpot's response time is very slow and makes me have to wait a long time to get a solution that is probably half-baked. I would like you to pay more attention to your customers as this is the basis on which an entire company can continue to prosper when it comes to wanting to grow and improve its services.

    º Filters are very limited and a bit messy. When I want to search for a specific email, it shows me different options that sometimes do not match what I am looking for or what I need is lost in so many searches. I wish they would improve the way the filters give me options to have more control and be able to do more specific searches without getting lost along the way.

    º There is a great lack of reports since they are too simple. I wish I had more details so that I can have a better analysis of the marketing scope that I am doing. In addition, I would like to have the ability to also generate reports from the applications that are connected so that I don't have to go to those platforms and generate reports separately, I would like all of this to be more automated.

    º Lastly, I would like it to have a type of introduction or training for new users who want to implement marketing with this platform and thus not have to require employees who must have knowledge of this platform before starting their work. This would provide more job opportunities and would be beneficial for any company as it does not require experts to teach new users how to use this platform.

There are great tools for content creation, and all web, email, and social content ties back to CRM functionality to build your marketing funnel. Larger companies with customization needs may feel a little stifled, but for 95% of companies out there, HubSpot has everything you need.

    Positive: HubSpot provides a huge suite of marketing tools that are very accessible. I currently use their web and email marketing tools and, to a lesser extent, their CRM tools. We're able to build great looking emails and web pages that tie back into our existing CRM. The interface is very intuitive. Even novice users can create great-looking marketing communications, especially since HubSpot recently expanded their offering of pre-built templates.

    Negative: It took me a little to fully embrace HubSpot's inbound marketing approach. While I now think it makes sense and is better than traditional outbound marketing, people who are migrating from more traditional email marketing strategies (like I did) may have an adjustment period. Also, HubSpot's focus on ease-of-use means some of the more powerful functions are buried deeper in menus or take more manual work to enable.

    Summary: I've improved the way I implement marketing over the past few years using this platform, HubSpot has helped solve customer connectivity issues by being able to more efficiently organize my most trusted customers. On the other hand, I have been able to manage campaigns very easily and schedule publications within the social networks of the company where I work, so there are very few things that I have lacked on this platform.

    As involved in the marketing team, I can say that my work team and I have had scalable results within the work environment, thus being able to be efficient in everything related to digital marketing. HubSpot has hit the nail on the head with the needs by having features and tools that allow you to boost and track everything that is generated with the campaigns, thus boosting sales and having a good return on investment.

    With the emails, it has made a difference with the traditional email managers for companies, with this I have had an efficiency by being able to attract the attention of our contacts with the best strategies and having low bounce rates. Thanks to this platform I have been able to measure any monitoring of the emails, such as clicks, opening and bounce rate, this has made a difference to what type of client we are addressing in order to be able to apply strategies that may serve to obtain more sales in the process. With all this I have complemented the other HubSpot tools that allow us to have a good system for business marketing.

    Positive: * I find it very complete when it comes to marketing automation, it's not just scheduling posts for social media, but I can go further when it comes to scheduling various functions like emails, sending messages through Slack, even send tasks, all this done in advance and selecting the days scheduled for said action. So, everything related to marketing can be automated with HubSpot without any problem, it is very complete in that aspect and without a doubt I cannot stop using this feature.

    * Marketing Analytics is very complete to measure the impact that is caused when a publication is made on social networks, a post is created on a blog, or a campaign is created in general senses. This has given me many advantages to be able to determine what my general public likes the most and to be able to take advantage of the results obtained. In addition, that the Marketing Analytics panel I can filter all the results, thus being able to observe in detail all the data generated by this platform when I apply business marketing.

    * I can manage different social networks within the same workspace, resulting in better workflow and a good way to see the traffic that is generated with each of them through the advertising created. So, I don't waste time doing everything on each of the social networks individually, but in a few steps, I can already publish, create ads and also keep track of all this without any problem, to date this feature has not failed me.

    * The SEO that is applied within HubSpot is very complete, I have had good results correctly positioning websites without any problem. The keywords that it shows for the recommendation to use them within a website are very powerful and it also gives me suggestions for keywords that can fit very well with the website that I am managing. Likewise, I have been able to apply the same strategies to blogs so that more traffic is generated with the published content, this SEO tool that HubSpot offers me has not failed me.

    Negative: * Extremely expensive price compared to other alternatives out there, also the minimum number of contacts is very large for small companies so it is not very convenient to use HubSpot if you want to automate marketing for the first time in a not very well-known company because it may the return on investment is not very pleasant on each monthly billing. I would recommend focusing on other alternatives if in the first place you do not have much knowledge in marketing and secondly if your audience is too small to see the best results and the best performance from this platform.

    * The email templates are too poor and the overall customization power on this platform is not that great. There are also limits when creating blogs with this platform because, for example, there are very few fonts that can be used and also you cannot add custom fonts, meaning that you cannot give your own style within blogs. So, I would like them to be more flexible in customizing the shape in general so that I can give it the personal touch of each company.

    * I had a very bad experience with customer service, when I was chatting to find automation solutions, they simply sent me links with possible solutions to the ones I wanted, but they did not solve all my problems. This makes me understand that not all HubSpot customer service is capable of giving real solutions beyond the articles that this platform already has on their website in the help section, I wish customer service could have the capacity to understand the user and to be able to help with all the problems that arise at the moment.

    * Requires extensive experience both in marketing (of course) and also for managing this platform, from experience I can tell that it is not easy to be able to control this platform and get the most out of all the features available in each plan. Honestly, I would recommend taking a small course in the use of this platform to perform as well as possible the first time you use HubSpot.

    Not Quite Marketo + SFDC but Solid!

    Summary: Can't complain, I have used HubSpot at my last three companies and it gets the job done. It's a great MA for new comers to MA as well.

    Positive: Easy to use.
    Keeps getting more robust.
    Nice having everything in one ecosystem.
    Decent integrations.

    Negative: From a marketing automation perspective, it lacks some of the wiz-bang features Marketo does. Especially in comparison to the SFDC integration.
