Summary: I think HubSpot is great, for us, it was the best CRM service out of all the ones we tried.
It does everything well, and although it tends to get a little pricey as you start to scale, it is really worth it due to the full fledge of features you are able to get.Positive: HubSpot is the premium CRM in the market today.
I think the best part is how well it scaled for us at the earliest part of our journey to the later stages as well.Negative: I think the major drawback of HubSpot is how quickly it can get expensive if you are scaling pretty quickly.
