Summary: Overall HCP has taken me from good to great. It gives me the ability to step out from my competitors and become the go to name in my area for my services. It keeps my client list in very neat order and also tracks all client bids and services performed. To me this is an irreplaceable system for my business.
Positive: Housecall Pro has helped me grow my business and present professionally in my services. Being a one man operation I look at ways to be as professional as possible, having Housecall Pro is essential in this. My clients love the automated text of their appointments along with when I am en route to their homes. Communication is key in the service industry, HCP saves me tons of phone calls and time spend coordinating my schedule.
Negative: I would say as a smaller company I don’t have any issues with the software. It does exactly what I need it to do for me. I could see how larger companies may not get all the features they’re looking for, but for me it works well.

Positive: Professional Appearance, Text Messaging Notifications, Easy to use, so many features that it's sometimes hard to know ALL that it can do for you.
Negative: Lack of Parts Inventory is the biggest complaint.

Summary: We purchased Housecall Pro software before our first customer because we knew that a seamless customer experience makes a happier customer. The affordable basic plan gave us twice the features of other programs. We've stuck with Housecall Pro for three years because of the marketing features, integrations with different apps, and the responsiveness of the admin to user suggestions. The pros outweigh the cons.
Positive: We're HVAC and pros for us are:

5. CUSTOMERS LIKE THE SOFTWARE!Negative: Bookkeeping integration with QuickBooks is tricky.

The wait time for the "blue-bubble" user chat is too slow. I've noticed this problem over the last six months, and needs improving. -

Summary: Great program, works well for our garage door company. customer service chat is always great and helpful when needed.
Positive: Easy to use, great customer support chat option, easy set up of pricebook, and invoicing. Job scheduling is easy as well.
Negative: Changes often implemented with no notice. proposal set up a little difficult and wish there was more automated reminder options for scheduling.

Summary: We have been blown away at the support from the company and the community it has created with their pros. Everyone is happy to help answer any questions they have or even the fact that they listen to suggestions to improve the product. With Housecall Pro we have been able to automate so many features which running a smaller operation is imperative to compete. Very thankful for Housecall Pro!
Positive: We are a small dryer vent cleaning company and with the help of Housecall Pro we are able to manage the growing demands of a growing business. Having features like email reminders sent days prior to scheduled job, on my way texts, review requests and online booking built in has been huge for us! Love that the price includes all these features and the company is always listening to its Pros and adapting it to the needs of the users.
Negative: Sorry we didn’t learn about this software sooner!

Summary: I would recommend HCP to anyone with their own business. As a first time office manager, I did not have any experience with a system like this and it was super easy to learn and navigate. Everything you need is in one app.
Positive: Easy to navigate, simple to learn, easy to communicate with customers, google grabs the customer’s address, additional apps available to add on to HCP.
Negative: Sometimes it can be a little glitchy but I just close out the app and reopen it.

Summary: I’ve used other softwares and researched many others. HCP is relatively user friendly and is at a tremendous value which is huge to a small business. Would recommend anyone interested in doing business the right way to check out HCP. These guys rock!!!!!
Positive: Love being able to run the day to day aspects of the business while displaying the professional image that we want our customers to see! We’ve been with HCP for about 2yrs. Since then, it’s elevated our business with the integration of WiseTack for consumer financing. Also sending the review request after each job has allowed us to greatly increase our reviews to our Google page.
Negative: Software updates. It’s a necessary evil but human nature can be resistant to change.

Summary: Housecall is worth every penny! It’s helped my save so much time trying to type up invoices. Their integration with other platforms is also a huge help.
Positive: I’ve use other invoicing and scheduling software in the past, this one has been by far the easiest. The staff is always helpful if you have issues (which is rare). They really seem to care about their clients!
Negative: There’s some features that other platforms don’t have, but Housecall is much more reasonably priced.

Summary: Housecall Pro is responsible for the business that I became today. Prior to using it, I had no organization and was just operating as a one person operation with no real tracking or data. Housecall took out all of the guess work and allowed to me create professional estimates and begin to attract the clients that my business needed to succeed. Having things like credit card processing and service agreements really set me out ahead of my competition. My overall experience is a great one with them and they have gained a customer for life.
Positive: There are far too many Pros for me to list them all. I can make my top choices and those would be service agreements, customer service, and ease of use. The platform is turn key with a lot of items pre listed for my trade. It saves me countless hours so I can focus on the development of my team and then also being able to get home to my family. Anyone considering making a move to housecall shouldn’t think twice. It’s affordable, easy to navigate, and has real people who will help you through any issue you may have.
Negative: Every platform needs adjustment from time to time. There have been their share of changes made and apps introduced. I have tried most of the apps and the integration isn’t always flawless. The Team at housecall does however field all of your concerns and will not let you feel slighted no matter how small the issue.
