    Summary: Overall I'm currently content with is software and the tools it has given me and my team. It was a wish choice.

    Positive: Hcp that changed the way we operate our business in a positive way. We went from 3 or 4 different softwares to one, but the other necessary applications that integrate with hcp.

    Summary: Overall very satisfied customer and every time I get an offer from another company I politely decline and say I’m loyal to house call pro.

    Negative: Hcp is very vocal with the community I’m sure anything we will need is on the works and will be available so stick with us.

    Summary: Best software out there. The HCP team is like family and we love working with them and using this product.

    Positive: HCP literally changed my life. We were using Google Calendar and Paper Invoicing before this. I totally credit them with a lot of our company growth.

    Negative: Online booking needs a lot of work. But well worth using even with out it.

    The best CRM for Home Service companies!

    Summary: 11/10. Easy to use, easy for employees to learn and the team behind the product is absolutely tremendous.

    Positive: Absolutely amazing CRM for all home service businesses. They respond to feedback, are easy to communicate with and even have a facebook group where you can interact with the employees so if you have any issues they know you! Cannot recommend enough.

    Negative: None. It's great and really isn't anything I can complain about.

    The ONLY CSM System you’ll ever need!

    Summary: Overall I love the system and I’ve been there for the past four years. Highly recommend this software for any small business of any nature.

    Positive: Absolutely amazing system and team! I can’t say enough about the team and software. but you will not find a better software for the value. Plus, these guys are always looking to update their systems! And if you need them, they are there for you in a pinch

    Negative: The checklist needs to have a little bit of tweaking but that could be my industry not collaborating well with what it needs. It’s a pretty decent check the system but I know that they are going to work on it because they are always looking to improve!

    It’s good.

    Summary: It’s ok. I like it but I’m not obsessed. It’s missing so much essentials that are necessary for a successful HVAC business.

    Positive: I enjoy how easy it is to navigate the schedule, add so many features through their apps, all my techs can see important messages between customer, quick books tabs, reviews, etc.

    Negative: I don’t like that call backs aren’t flagged, I want my csr to be able to reschedule calls without having to go through each call, I don’t like how long the transactions take to hit the bank and I have to add another charge to make it an instant payout, the price to add on additional service techs, the inability to create easier proposals, and SO MUCH MORE.

    Summary: Overall I am very happy with Housecall Pro. If the changes mentioned above would be implemented, our team would be very satisfied.

    Positive: I like the automated notifications- Appointment reminders, on my way texts, and review reminders. It is easy to use and keeps all the data in one place. I also like that the customer an approve and sign estimates etc.

    Negative: I wish that there were estimate appointment reminders emails/texts that went out automatically. Adding this feature would be very helpful to us. I also am not a fan of the calendar display. It needs to be more user friendly.
