    Great Field Service Software

    Summary: Excellent Field service software for small to mid size service companies. It is a complete package that will track time, track customers, track services per customer, and save you valuable time tracking down your employees. Highly recommend

    Positive: Kickserv is very easy to use. It is great for those in the field service industry. I utilized it for an HVAC company. The best thing about it is the ability to run just about any customized report you want. You can see the schedule and make changes quickly and easily. The developers also will listen and discuss anything needed to improve the software.

    Negative: There aren't many cons with this application. I would say that the time difference between us on the east coast and them on the west coast, made getting support difficult at times when we needed them before 10am eastern time.
