Summary: I can confidently say that HR Partner has been of huge assistance in transforming the way we manage and deliver HR services across our company. The system is intuitive, well-organized, and backed by a responsive support team that’s always ready and available to assist. HR Partner has become an indispensable part of our HR system, and we highly recommend it to other companies or organizations looking for a comprehensive and user-friendly HR platform.
Positive: We actively use several modules—reporting, checklists, e-signatures, recruitment, time off and leave, employee records, library, polls, and news—and each has contributed to reforming our internal processes and improving communication with staff.
The reporting module enables us to quickly extract needed reports, supporting better decision-making. Checklists and e-signatures have made onboarding and compliance processes more efficient and paperless. The recruitment module is straightforward and allows for a smooth application and tracking process. Our team especially appreciates the time off and leave management, which gives both HR and employees clear visibility and control.
We also use the library module to house and share our internal policies and other important documents, ensuring staff always have access to the latest documentation. Most notably, the polls and news feature has become our primary means of communication with our team—enabling us to share updates, feedback, and engage with staff in real-time. And the smart reminders are life savers.Negative: The reporting module works really well, but there's definitely room for improvement. It would be great to see it become more robust, with enhanced features that allow for customizable reporting.

Summary: Really very positive. Couldn't have asked for a more supportive, friendly and knowledgeable company to work with to set up our HR Platform.
Positive: From the beginning, the friendly support and guidance we've received from Cara has been second to none. She's held our hand every step of the way from conception to going live. The transition has been seamless. Behind the scenes, we worked together with HR Partner to ensure a smooth integration of the system and I have to say it was a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be. The team love how it looks and the way it works. It suits the needs of our business and is going really well. It's been an absolute pleasure to work with HR Partner. Excellent service and support. Cara is there day and night to answer the multitude of questions/queries we've had over the last few months. Highly recommended.
Negative: For the most part, we're very happy with everything HR Partner has provided us with. Perhaps from an admin perspective it's taken some time and manual work to set up the varying work patterns. It would be a dream if there could be a little more automation and flexibility to set up variable working patterns. Even though this hasn't been possible, we've received the support to work our way around it so from a user perspective it still looks and feels right.

Summary: From our initial demonstration to our onboarding, the support provided by Cara and the Support Team at HR Partner was invaluable. Nothing is too much trouble and they respond very quickly to any queries.
Positive: Pros for the HR Partner software has been the ability to create and customise forms, emails and checklists. One of the main benefits is the ability to request digital signatures - you can upload any type of document to be e-signed and send to not only employees but also non-employees.
Negative: We have only just started using HR Partner and so far we haven't found any negatives, you just have to adapt your current HR functions to work in the software.

Summary: I enjoy using and working with HR Partner. It has made tracking PTO simple and not having to use a spreadsheet and manually track it.
Positive: I appreciate HR Partner and the simplicity it makes for our employees to see and request their PTO.
I also enjoy the option to have documents and get signatures for potential employees. Very simple and easy to use.
The best part of HR Partner is the support that the team gives. We are in different time zones but I know I can count on them getting back to me in a timely manner.
Much appreciated.Negative: PTO reports are a little hard to understand and trying to just get accrued PTO is not available but I make it work.

Summary: Have set this up for a number of my clients who now use it to manage their staff HR. They are very impressed too!
Positive: Easy to set up and use. Makes the holiday leave process easy for both staff and company. Staff find it easy to apply for and a keep a track of their leave balances.
Negative: Reporting system needs more options and to send report to Excel.

Positive: We have loved using HR Partner for our team. We are a small team, but have been growing. As we grow we've been able to streamline a lot of what we do through HR Partner by allowing our employees to have a central hub where they can submit their timesheets, request time off, review company policies, submit important employee paperwork. It's been great!
Negative: To be honest, each time I struggle to figure out if HR Partner does something I need it to, their team is always so quick to respond to my questions and I find out it's already a capability in HR Partner.

Summary: Overall a very good system and is only going to get better with the further developments. I would recommend this system.
Positive: The system is very easy to use and was set up within hours. It has all the functionality of the more expensive systems however at a fraction of the price. The team will drop anything and either help you or find a solution to our needs.
Negative: I'm struggling to think of any as the system has all the features I require at the present.

Summary: Overall, HR Partner offers great value for money for our UK based SME. HR Partner have been very responsive whenever we've found something that we'd like to work differently, or a new feature.
Positive: We researched a large number of HR platforms before choosing HR Partner 18 months ago and have no regrets. HR Partner allows us to manage colleagues' data from before they start with us, via their Application Tracking System, through the whole life cycle. It's reliable and does everything we need. There is an excellent API library which has allowed us to integrate an in-house application easily.
Negative: Very little. The only feature missing that we'd like is for it to handle 2 week shift patterns.

Summary: Really positive so far, any feedback I have given the team has been taken on board and additional developments are being added all the time.
Positive: One central system for all your HR needs, the team are helpful and are responsive to requests, the Recruitment section is a 'game changer' - it is absolutely amazing. i don't know how i ever lived without it.
Negative: It took me a little while to navigate the system before I realised I could get a full demo. My advice would be to get a demo/set up meeting initially instead of doing it yourself.

Summary: It seems use friendly once it is set up but takes a while to get use to it. My main concern is making sure the restrictions are correct for all modules as not all users have the same privileges to see module, forms or attachments. I am sure I will get there in the end.
Positive: The customer service is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and Cara is extremely patient. the format is easy to follow.
Negative: I don't know what I don't know. I have never used an HR system before so a bit overwhelming to set up.

Summary: My experience of HR Parter as a tool but also the team behind it is a very positive one. The customer service and support is exceptional and it is definitely something I would recommend to others.
Positive: When moving to HR Partner and setting up our company and leave policies the team were extremely responsive, supportive and helpful. They set up more than one call with us when we needed help to ensure our problems were solved as quickly as possible. Setting up holiday and leave for a company is complex and lengthy, but the support the team at HR Partner gave us made it much easier to do this.
Negative: Not all the features we wanted in terms of holiday and leave settings but we were helped to find work arounds and our comments and suggestions on functionality to add in the future were noted and passed on to developers.

Summary: Cara and the team almost a year on are still hands-on with us, and I still reach out to Cara for help and support. They also helped roll out various functions which were not available, however, if this is something we require, and they can do it...HR Partner does try and deliver. I would highly recommend this system, to anyone looking to try a HR package for the first time or to upgrade. You will not be disappointed.
Positive: We had to update our systems and we thought about a HR portal. With this system, it literally does what it says on the tin. My colleague John and I worked very closely with Cara and the HR Partner team at the beginning. As this system was to hold sensitive information we wanted to know the information was safe and also easy to access. Everything is one place and can be viewed by employees and employers very easily.
Negative: HR Partner literally have an answer for every question you are, there is nothing not to like.

Summary: The platform has been excellent for our startup, providing the flexibility we needed from our initial days through to our significant growth in our second year. The support team is consistently helpful, and we have no complaints about their customer service. Although the platform lacks some features found in larger competitors in the Australian market, we believe this is reflected in their more affordable and adaptable pricing plans.
Positive: The pricing is better suited to our growing business when compared to competitors, providing us the flexibility we need as we expand.
Negative: The platform does require considerable customization and self-setup, which is understandable given the lower cost. Nonetheless, the support team is always available to assist and guide you through the setup process. There are a few features missing compared to competitors, but they've been working on this, and we've noticed the introduction of some new features this year, which have been fantastic.

Summary: Generally very happy with HR Partner as a broad based HR platform as both an administrator and employee user.
Positive: I have found HR Partner to be very comprehensive, covering all HR needs from being a repository of all information and documents, being a message centre to keep team member informed, a task list generator making on-boarding and off-boarding more straight forward, as well as expense management, timesheets, etc.
Negative: There are a couple of mini improvements I would suggest such as the flags for outstanding actions could clear themselves when an action is undertaken.
