    Everything in one place!

    Summary: The projects/timesheets and organisation chart can be adapted to a degree and we can utilise the modules, however, more development here so that we can personalise even further, would be great.

    Positive: Support - The support team are amazing! Any queries are dealt with in a timely manner and I am given a very well explained solution!
    Employee interface - Very user friendly for the team. I am yet to get any queries on how to use it!

    Negative: Customisation - There are some limitations to how personalised you can create the projects, timesheet and organisation chart function.

    Great HR software for small teams, highly reccomended

    Summary: As a growing team we needed to automate some of our HR processes and give staff a self-service portal to meet our ISO 27001 obligations. We evaluated several platforms and chose HR Partner. The excellent onboarding support from Cara and technical support from Devan really impressed us. The platform is easy to use and easy to administer. We found it through the Xero marketplace and this was the original attraction however we do not really use the Xero integration much but it is useful to get setup by connecting to Xero Payroll and pulling down employee details. We are able to onboard new staff and send e-signing requests from the platform which is great and we can also send out important communications including policy checking and have a full audit trail which is great for ISO. Highly recommended!

    Positive: - Easy to setup
    - Good integration with Xero
    - Excellent support (both technical and onboarding)
    - Easy to administer
    - Easy to use
    - Well priced

    Negative: - Forms including timesheets are a little tricky to setup
    - Occasional authentication errors but generally robust

    A little comment

    Summary: Overall it is good.

    It's probably hard to believe that any system can be 100% fit to the needs of any business, but this goes all the way up to 80 - 90%.

    Positive: The software is very suitable for a small organization like mine. I had been looking for something here in Iceland, but everything that was "good" was intended for much more activity.
    I plan to use most of what the system offers, but the system is now most used in the registration of absences and illnesses

    Negative: I was hoping to be able to use the system in the registration of overtime. But it is not yet designed to keep track of such things.

    Of course, it would be good if the system was also available in Icelandic, but some of my employees do not have much English skills.
