    Reliable VPN

    Summary: GoodAccess allows my remote team to work closely together. Our daily tasks require us to log in and out of multiple platforms, which would flag our activities as suspicious without using GoodAccess.

    Positive: GoodAccess has been my team's cloud VPN tool for the last two years, and we have been happy with the features. I am the tool admin, and it has been easy to navigate and I have had no issues adding or removing users and updating the settings. Eva, our rep, is also quick to respond and helpful whenever we reach out.

    Negative: Sometimes my team has issues loading and connecting to the tool and are forced to reboot the app or re-downloading which can be cumbersome

    Summary: Experience has been 8/10, great support, referral program, ease of use. Applications are for all systems and provide a openvpn solution.

    Positive: Ease of use, quick easy dedicated IP for remote access closest to my datacentre. Agents on mobile and dedicated internet have had no issues.

    Negative: Price has increased by $30-$40 since using it. Unable to add additional temp users if required, upgrading to another plan is required.
