Summary: Overall we are quite pleased with the level of support and performance of the VPN that we use for 100 sites video conferencing. The latency/jitter and speed are all excellent. GoodAccess customized the solution for our needs and we have not had any issues. There have only been a small number of very minor outages that were resolved quickly. Their support is truly 24/7 when contacting them we get a response right away.

Positive: This was the only hosted VPN provider we found that allowed us the flexibility to connect our own routers for site to site VPN over the Internet.

Negative: The pricing has increased somewhat lately, but we recognize this as a global inflationary problem and they are still quite reasonably priced in the market.

Positive: We needed a solution which will give us a single IP Address in our country, which will enable us to whitelist one IP for our employees.

I was amazed to find out that the biggest player in this field have limited amount of available dedicated servers and in limited amount regions.

Support is near immediate.

Negative: Our usage of GoodAccess is limited to very few features and we didn't find any Cons worth mentioning yet.

Summary: We have had a fantastic experience from the get-go and I would highly recommend it based on our current usage and performance to any business looking for a good VPN provider.

Positive: Good Access is super easy to get started and offers very good protection for the entire team. Getting a static VPN isn't something all providers offer and GoodAccess were able to accommodate this at a very good price point. We switched from NordVPN for these reasons.

Negative: It can sometimes be a little heavy on memory use.

Summary: It has allowed us to reliably connect to our server host using a single IP point of access from the country where our servers are hosted. This allows for organized and secure access and saves us money with less up front configuration of different devices in different locations connecting. When our needs have changed customer support has been great explaining our options and meeting our needs.

Positive: Security is obviously of utmost importance as is reliability and we get that with GoodAccess. It is literally one click and we are connected and able to run our software regardless of location our users may be in.

Along with a VPN we require a static IP to access our servers which host our applications. This allows our software developers to have ease of access as well as users in our organization. Our applications are used for Project Management for major construction projects right down to Fabrication shops.

Negative: For our needs the service we get from GoodAccess is perfect, I can't think of how it could be easier than 1 click access to our private IP Address. The few times I have needed support it has been provided extremely fast.

Summary: Many of the services and networks we need access for requires a static IP in order to provide access and since our team is international we are able to use GoodAccess VPN to whitelist one IP for the whole company.

It's possible that this concern has been addressed since our most recent interaction with the service.

In addition GoodAccess does not work in Egypt but that is because of Egypt strict VPN access rules.

Summary: We have been using GoodAccess service for 2 years already and we are satisfied with its high-quality performance (speed, connection security and data protection, user-friendly app, convenient admin panel, swift deployment and integration) and the pricing is also reasonable and negotiable. GoodAccess support team is always ready to resolve any issues that may arise.

Negative: It would be great to have app for Linux and more flexible payment methods.

Summary: Overall I've been happy with GoodAccess. I've been with them since they were smaller and it's been nice to see them add in powerful features that help to simplify our infrastructure.

Positive: I like the simplicity of the UI in the dashboard. There are a lot of powerful options, but I'm not overwhelmed. It's intuitive to use. I like being able to manage port forwarding. I also like being able to configure systems within the dashboard that I can share with other members of our team.

Negative: I didn't like having to purchase a minimum number of seats to get the features we needed. We don't use all of the seats, so it feels like that could be a better experience for the customers.

Summary: Throughout all these months, GoodAccess proved to be cost-efficient and reliable choice for our organisation.

Positive: We opted for GoodAccess to implement a zero-trust network access solution, and it exceeded our expectations. The deployment process was swift and straightforward, allowing us to establish a highly secure environment in no time.

Negative: During our experience with GoodAccess, we encountered some issues with the Access Control feature when integrating it with AWS Cloudfront. However, the customer support team was responsive and helpful in identifying the problem. This issue may have been resolved since our last interaction with the service.

Summary: It is one of the few options that there are to have one or more exclusive fixed IP for the company. With GoodAccess we resolved secure access to our environments for all remote developers and freelancers, it has a wide facility and options to grant access to different members. We use GoodAccess all the time since we all work remotely.

Negative: Would be great to be able to add specific access rules for different users or groups using the same IP.
Sometimes the updates are very frequent.
