Negative: Before the roll-out of the native apps, sometimes we would run into connection or configuration problems. Since then however, nothing to remark!

Negative: Requirement of 10 minimum users in paid plans is not friendly for smaller teams and I would suggest to change the limit.

Summary: The functionalities are exactly what we expected to be!
Using GoodAccess we finally can go through secure connection via VPN and authenticated IP in order to allow our dev team to work on protected servers.

Positive: The installation of GoodAccess software is very simple.
The use is easy and the UX is good.

Negative: The price policy for this product is ok, but it could be improved by helping smaller companies with smaller plans.

Summary: I've had a nightmare with Nord VPN, Pure VPN & Ghost VPNs, GoodAccess are the best I've tried (I had to have a chargeback from Pure as the service didn't work for months.

Positive: Only reliable VPN I've used so far. Great customer service and lots of options in the dashboard and so far very reliable and important for me as I need static IP for my team abroad.

Negative: I did think the minimum of 10 users was a little too high, especially for smaller companies and start-ups, but they offered me a great deal.

Negative: Sometimes GoodAccess VPN Client showing keeps connecting and not able to connect, we are able to connect only after restart the System.

Summary: Overall an excellent experience, particularly during the lockdown months, when a reliable VPN was crucial for us to remain operational. We always do an extensive market research before picking a service provider and so we are confident that GoodAccess is the best VPN option at this price point.

Summary: We started working from home during the COVID period and with GoodAccess VPN we were able to work as if we were in the office.
The main feature is that all users connected from different locations can have the same IP address and this facilitates the configuration of Firewalls for the different services we access.

Positive: The service is simple to use and configure.
It's high-performance and I don't remember the system going down during the entire time of use.

Negative: There are no features missing regarding VPN service.
