Summary: I would recommend it to anyone in search of a reliable VPN connection. GoodAccess is definitely worth considering.

Positive: In my experience, GoodAccess is the most reliable VPN. Its stability is what stands out the most - I've been able to maintain a consistent and strong connection, making remote work smooth, unlike other VPNs that I have tried in the past. Also, the interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Negative: So far, it's all positives and no negatives, which is quite a feat for any VPN service in my book.

Summary: Overall experience was very easy to use and we won't be canceled the product in the future. Highly recommend.

Positive: It was easy to set up the whole team and share a static IP. We have many different users around the world. Best solution by far.

Negative: Interface looks a bit dated, but that's okay. Performance is great.

Summary: Provides very good value for the features and performance it comes with. Easy to manage, monitor and administrate.

Positive: We have a globally distributed team that need to share fixed IP address for accessing customers networks. GoodAccess provides a US based address and works really well.

Negative: Just weird avatar pictures for new users activation. A bit thin on user management.

Positive: - Seamless remote connectivity: GoodAccess VPN allows our distributed software development team to connect securely to our infrastructure and internal network from anywhere, enabling smooth collaboration and access to all sensitive resources in a healthcare environment.
- Reliable performance: GoodAccess VPN consistently delivers exceptional speeds and reliable connections, optimizing our software development workflows and ensuring uninterrupted collaboration on shared resources.
- AWS plug and play configuration: Very useful if you want to tunnel your VPN with your existing infrastructure in AWS.

Negative: Some of our employees had problems with GoodAccess Windows software, but we finally managed to connect with OpenVPN by downloading our personal profiles from GoodAccess dashboard.

Summary: Overall is a good solution for companies looking for a simple approach to security for their employees. Provides vpn, centralised access, stats and basic tools to manage the team. For the price is a good option and extremely simple to setup

Positive: Does exactly what it says, it provides small companies with cheap and affordable solutions to secure access to company apps for example under a unified and secure system. Easy to deploy and manage and offers a good number of locations if you also need to test locally from specific countries.

Negative: Maybe it could have some more features in terms of limiting access once connected to VPN

Summary: All our developers connects daily to the VPN to access the infrastructures (AWS) in the cloud and we have not had any issue in more than a year. The service is excellent.

Negative: Nothing, it does not seem expensive compared to other services.

Summary: Better VPN, static ip provider, they have strong support staff, knowledgable and smart, kind, over 1 year with stable services.

Positive: Best static IP provider, nice support, smarts and fast response, their network is fast and supports multiple locations.

Negative: Maybe a little expensive, need to add some firewall features.

Summary: The experience has been great and flawless. Works like a charm and without any downtime. Easy to implement.

Positive: Works flawlessly, near 100% uptime, simple and easy interface and stellar customer service. If you are looking for a stable VPN solution, look no further than GoodAccess.

Negative: Nothing that really comes to my mind at this time.

Summary: Your local ISP subjects you to a 120USD+ per month premium to render similar services. And EVERY other VPN provider on the planet is lying to you when they claim they can open all ports for you and provide you with a PTR record. Right now, PureVPN is advertising that they can do PTR records etc, when in reality I have written proof that their techs do not even know what a PTR or and rDNS record is. GoodAccess comes with zero lies and 100 percent pure service straight to you for about 20USD per month. So far the only one of its kind on this planet.

Positive: 100 percent non-shared static IP.
Ability to set PTR (rDNS) record of your liking.
Low bandwidth overhead.
Mail ports not blocked.
Zero downtime experienced since 2016 (they did business as VPNStaticip).
Almost instant customer service if you time your inquiry right with EU time.

Negative: OVPN on Linux forces a local IP interface on you. For example, you can't ask Apache to listen to port whatever on your assigned public IP. You'd have to point it towards the local IP that gets "pushed" to you over OpenVPN. Up until some months ago, before VPNStaticip became GoodAccess, this was never the case. You always had direct access to your public IP.

Summary: As long as the pricing, service, and speed remain as they are, we'll never leave GoodAccess. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Super easy to use, secure, fast. We needed a VPN solution so we could connect to web servers securely.

Negative: We've only been using it a few weeks, but we have not found any issues yet.

Summary: Fantastic product that is a core part of our business operations. From the VPN service to the user access control that is built in, we very much depend on Good Access.

Positive: User Interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. The ability to control access to different websites and applications using access cards is a huge plus. I also love that the VPN desktop client doubles as an app launcher if you choose to list apps on it. I cannot see us moving away from Good Access.

Negative: I wish there was more guidance on how to format connection strings and other information when adding websites/applications to your company profile.

Summary: It's a great product and very good support, not that you'll ever need it! Easy to use and great price. It's super easy to add users, and deploy profiles.

Positive: As a startup IT admin, you want a product with low costs and ease of use, along with stability. After almost a year of using GoodAccess I can say it beats previous products with ease. The best version of this type of product, is a one-time setup with zero maintenance or worries, and that's exactly what you get.

Negative: Pricing model scaling goes up fast! But for a smaller company or startup it's ideal pricing, a lot cheaper than running your own server with licensed software.

Summary: The program meets our needs. GoodAccess VPN gives us possibility for connection people from other country to our main services.

Positive: We use GoodAccess VPN for a company of 100+ employees.

Negative: Sometimes there are problems with the connection, but issues can be solved by using the knowledge base or reinstalling the program.

Summary: Static IP and privacy for a team of 15 developers and multiple devices. We've had only positive experiences.

Positive: Speed, multi platform, great support and user experience.
We have been using the software on all platforms (mobile, Windows, Linux) without any issues.

Negative: Maybe the price is a bit high. Nothing else actually, we have used it for more than one year without issues.

Summary: 100% excellent. Cannot fault their team and no pressure selling and trial option which I upgraded within 3 days. Setting up the plan and adding users was very easy and I have had no issues since. Also the ease of use for end users is great. Always get the same fixed IP which was critical for us. All in all, brilliant.

Positive: Cost is low, service is first class, installation and management is an excellent experience. All in all, GoodAccess is a superb hassle-free solution.

Negative: Nothing so far and hopefully will continue to be the case going forward.
