Summary: Overall I had a good experience with Gmail as it allowed me to explore additional products offered by Google Workspace. Gmail integrated notes and Reminders work perfectly well with Mobile apps and Sync is great. Overall I would always recommend Gmail for primary email storage.

Positive: Gmail is secure, simple to use with a user-friendly interface. It includes several useful features.What I like most about Gmail is that it's convenient and easy to make an email and start receiving messages from contacts. I also like being able to customize the theme in the background of my inbox. It has a lot of features.

Negative: There is also no customer support for Gmail so if you have an error or problem you are on your own which can be frustrating at times.

Summary: Gmail is the most user friendly email I have used in my professional career. I love how many features the platform provides its users.

Positive: The biggest pro to Gmail is how many people in the professional world use it. It makes cross usage easy as most professionals know how to use the platform.

Negative: I took a few minutes to think about some cons about Gmail, but honestly I can't think of any at this time.

Summary: This software helps me to manage my formal communications and it's embedded apps like Gmeet helps me to schedule my meetings and discussions well.

Positive: The best thing is that it comes with a unique Gmail I'd where a user can send any type of documents, information, media with the helps of end user's Gmail id.
There are so many additional apps that are attached with Gmail like Gmeet, Google Chat where you can use them accordingly.

Negative: Nothing is said to be less useful about this software.

Summary: Overall, it's an excellent mail client. I used to use the now-defunct mailbox app, but once Gmail replicated their unique feature of snooze, gmail is my go-to app.

Positive: I like dark mode, on both my MacBook and my iPhone. I haven't found any glitches in dark mode yet in the few years I've been using it. It's also become a lot easier to switch between multiple accounts in Gmail, which I appreciate as I have 4.

Negative: I wish the default free space limit was 30gb instead of 15gb, but I really shouldn't be complaining about this since it's free. They also let me offload documents into Google Drive, which is nice to have.

Summary: Overall this is the email to use. It is current, and Google suite is awesome. Give this email a chance, you will not look back.

Positive: Gmail just has the best look and best organization settings in an email program. I have been using the program for 10 years and have no plans on switching email providers.

Negative: If you have multiple emails, they will make you a collective inbox which can be confusing, but you can switch to primary at any time.

Negative: - The read recipient feature is missing from the application. Other than this Gmail works amazingly, considering it is free to use.

Negative: Sometimes emails can feed a bit slow to retrieve, but regardless they arrive. I think it also may be time for a new update for the overall design.

Negative: Management of emails is a little cumbersome on gmail.

3. Gmail AI is pretty good at registering what is important mail & what isn't

5. Lots of additional cool features: delay email, grammar check, auto-complete of sentences, emojis.
6. Setting away messages is easy and intuitive

Negative: I honestly can't think of any massive cons, the worst one is their support...you will never speak to someone stateside.

Summary: Well, it is a great service from Google that makes your life way easier for both business and personal use.

One can create an account free of cost and google offers 15Gb of free space for your cloud-integrated Gmail which supports docs, sheets, slides, and many other Google applications. Creating a google account is like a key to many google applications. The most interesting feature is that you can call back your email within a 60-sec limit if you want to change the content.

Positive: (+) Basic account is free and comes with 15 GB of cloud storage.
(+) Integration with drive, docs, sheets, slides, and many more.
(+) Easy to use and the design is very cool.
(+) Call back of sent email within 60 seconds.
(+) Security for files and content on mail is very good.
(+) You can design your own theme and background.

Negative: (-) Spam filtering is not up to the mark, can be improved.
(-) Pricing post usage of basic free account is a bit high.
(-) After attaching files Gmail becomes a bit weird and slow.
(-) Replying on email thread with lots of emails is a bit tricky to scope in. It can be viewed better.
