Summary: My overall experience is quite good as we were particularly seeking an all-encompassing online marketing tool.

Positive: The platform's automation features, such as workflows & autoresponders contribute to personalized & targeted marketing campaigns.

Negative: The learning curve for mastering advanced features, especially in automation workflows, may be steep for users new to marketing automation.

Summary: GetResponse is the perfect platform to create a campaign from scratch, this platform has given us a pretty good overall experience, Since the vast majority of our employees located in the marketing sector and in our corporate sector, have been able to familiarize themselves with this entire platform and They have been able to get the most out of it, with the help of this platform we have been able to create more than 100 campaigns. Since we started using it, we have also loved the fact that this platform has a fairly high delivery rate, since this helps our clients receive all the campaigns within their main tray. I really liked starting to use this platform, I quickly got used to the editing system and the creation of new campaigns, in addition, I was able to perfectly understand the statistics system that is updated in real time and allows me to visualize each of the clients that They have been captured for negotiations as well, it also provides me with real-time statistics of the clients that we have obtained by sending campaigns through social networks, since it is missing as it also integrates with all the social networks that currently exist. In conclusion, I am completely satisfied with the results provided by this platform in Our Real Estate Company. I consider that I will continue to use it for much longer because it planned to continue creating digital and advertising campaigns for our entire Company in order to obtain many more short sales and long term.

Positive: GetResponse is an incredible platform to improve the marketing system of any company, the things that I liked the most about this platform were:

1- The first thing I liked about this platform is the delivery rate it has, I have noticed that the delivery rate of each of my campaigns sent to clients, Mazizo could have been smoothed than other platforms I have used before , that platform has a better delivery rate of all campaigns, which helps us to get a large number of clients in less time.

2- I also liked the ease and intuitiveness of the campaign creation and edition system, it is quite simple to use and you can create forms or you can create newsletters for your clients, to use this campaign creation and edition system you have to have previous experience as Why How can you create a fully customized and complete campaign with embedded information without having any kind of experience.

3- I also liked the list system that this system has incorporated, since it allows me to visualize in real time the number of clients that I have registered in my portfolio, as well as how I can transfer these clients to our crm system to be able to market with each of them and can have a complete negotiation. I really love the fact that I can check customer status at any time.

4- Another of the features that I like about this platform is that it has implemented an unlimited autoresponder system, this system is capable of sending automated responses depending on each action that the client has within the advertising campaign, in addition, you can follow up to each of the responses of the clients that have been sent to their email, and also thanks to this function you can automatically send offers to their email in order to capture the attention of clients for future negotiations.

5- This platform also has a built-in system that allows you to view the effectiveness of each of the offers that we have previously sent. How can we view the effectiveness rate of those offers, we can know which of the offers have been most attractive to customers so that we can offer better deals in the long run for each of them.

Negative: I must admit that this platform has never given me any type of problem, since I started using this platform I have noticed that the effectiveness it has had in the marketing branch has been impressive, this platform has never given me any type of error during the creation of new advertising campaigns and it has not given me any type of failure when viewing the statistical system of each advertising campaign. I am very happy with the overall results, also, I am very happy with the fact that this platform has never given me any kind of problem, currently I don't have any negative points to mention about this platform, I am happy with the general functions to be ported so I am also happy with the prices and rates offered by this platform.

Summary: I loved how GetResponse enables the automated algorithm that helps to create a subscriber profile based marketing campaign. It offers limitless customizations in the dashboard, email interface and landing pages. Overall, I suggest the GetResponse tool if you want a reliable email marketing tool that can work even with bulk users.

Positive: They are lots of things I liked about GetResponse but the best one is its " customer base management " it helps to handle a large number of subscribers. Its email client is robust. A theme section is available to customize the interface of campaign emails.

Negative: Never face any major issues while using the GetResponse platform.

Summary: GetResponse is an effective platform to boost sales and stay relevant with customers. It helps us to make strategies and meaningful newsletters to capture leads. Overall, we had a great experience.

Positive: GetResponse offers multiple automated triggers to send emails. Email builder supports every layout for desktop and mobile. It's easy to implement and create strategies. Also, supports personalized emailing according to demographic, birthdays, and events.

Negative: The analytics is not very informative as I compare it to other tools.

Summary: I love to watch my e-mail list grow. GetResponse has created a steady stream of returning customers. I have noticed that the automated, personalized messaging system has helped me to develop a reputation for being a friendly, thoughtful, diligent business owner.

Positive: GetResponse has helped to connect me to new customers, stay in touch with them, and communicate with potential customers in an easy, automated way. GetResponse has helped me to build relationships.

Negative: That I didn't use GetResponse sooner! I think of all the time and energy I spent attempting to stay organized and connected to my clients. It used to feel like a burden, now I consider it an exciting part of my job.

Summary: I love the unlimited landing pages, templates and for sure the automation builder which is included in the Plus plan, which is relatively inexpensive compared to others. I loved the tips and tricks it has because it helps you to get more familiar with the system.

Positive: It's easy to set up. I loved the 30 day free trial because it didn't ask me for a credit card info. After I tried it, I ended up getting the membership.

Negative: No cons so far, I've loved every single feature it has.

Summary: Highly recommended if you are looking for creating elegant landing pages with great design flexibility!

Positive: The landing page customization tool is superb! I'd say it's best in class compared to other competitors.

Negative: Some very minor css bugs from time no time but if you aren't creating very complex designs, you rarely see those issues.

Summary: It has been a real pleasure learning to use this platform. I expected to be tearing my already thinning hair out for months and months, but that did not happen. As I said, I like the ease of use and the learning tools. Awesome, guys!

Positive: I love all the different options for building lists and tagging and categorizing. I crazy for list! I feel like they help keep my thought process more organized. Segmenting is much easier than I expected, and I am ABSOLUTELY NOT TECH SAVVY! I appreciate, as well, the little tutorials on creating your first Rotator. Again, it was much easier to do than I expected.

Negative: The only thing I wish you had on here is a feature that, when I "delete" someone from my account, they are actually deleted, not just sort of hidden on another page.

Summary: I've been using the software for a few weeks and found it easy to set up and use. The support is amazing and fast.

Positive: Very easy to use and work with. This software was so easy to set up it took no learning curve to do so. Right from the start it worked as it should with no issues.

Negative: Nothing really to not like. I have not found anything that is complicated or hard to use.

Summary: My overall experience with GetResponse is been amazing and I am going to stick with it, so here is the thing before using GetResponse I have tried a lot of other autoresponders but what I find is this autoresponder has a better deliverability rate compare to the other what I have used so far.

Positive: I am completely in love with GetResponse, since I started using this my deliverability has gone to the roof. Highly recommend.

Negative: I wish they give you trial period for more than 30 days.

Summary: Okay first off I still really don't know what I'm doing, but thanks to GetResponse I know a heck of a lot more than I did. If there was something I should've been doing and wasn't, I would get an email telling me about it and letting me know that they would walk me through it if I didn't understand it. If you're new to this it's a good place to get started, Thanks GetResponse!

Positive: I absolutely didn't know what I was doing, but got plenty of help from everybody at GetResponse, it was really easy to join, and they have an enormous amount of features.

Negative: Well just between you an me, I can't come up with any cons but it's still early and I'm sure in time I might be able to come up with one.

Summary: Overall, GetResponse is a true marketing tool suite that is undeniably the best in the marketplace. When customers are seeking an "all inclusive" marketing platform or searching for all of the tools needed to run an offline and online business, it is without a doubt GetResponse is the choice.

Positive: GetResponse has created a platform that provides an ease of use for all users/customers who desire to grow their business, grow an engaging audience and to increase sales. The members area is understandable, easy to navigate and customer service chat is stellar. GetResponse also provides news updates pertaining to the emerging tools and services they offer.

Negative: If there must be a con or an area of improvement for GetResponse it would be in the pricing per contact. Although the powerful marketing solutions that are provided such as: marketing automation, website builder, email autoresponders, unlimited capture pages, webinar software and funnels increase as the number of contacts increase, so does the price. Even though nothing compares to GetResponse marketing tools and customer service, unfortunately for price conscious customers it can potentially cause them to go to a subpar service and miss out on the robustness GetResponse offers.

Summary: I really like the service and feature the GetResponse offers, especially the auto responder is making my business very successful.

Positive: They have a really good customer support. My question get answered right away when I sent chat messages.

Negative: It get bit pricey as my list grows, but other than that, I am very satisfied so far.

Summary: Great experience to help you manage your business. Your program gives me the information that is helpful in managing my business.

Positive: I like the way you send out your mail to your customers, then GetResponse gives you the stats on your emails of how many are opened and clicked through. Needed info to streamline your business.

Negative: I don't know of any "cons" in using this product daily.

Summary: Brilliant platform love using get response on follow up with email and building my email list, as a small business owner.

Positive: I love how easy and user friendly this GetResponse platform is and the constant updates on using get response.

Negative: The time to follow up on updates. With my limited knowledge.
