Summary: Instructions on how to use is simple and helpful for new people just getting into the business. I appreciate companies like GetResponse for those in need.

Positive: Affordability is what attracted me to GetResponse and that up to 500 contacts are provided. The support is tremendous and extremely helpful in any concerns.

Negative: It would be preferable if more than 500 contacts would be increased to perhaps 1000.

Summary: It's very good experience with GetResponse... my all time best autoresponder is GetResponse only... any day I will recommend GetResponse to all my colleagues and friends.
Overall metrics and easy to use UI everything i like it more...
Overall is a good experience... please take any steps for my cons (list import).

Negative: This is the main disadvantage I want to tell that is, cannot upload or import same list in 2 different accounts...
Say for example if I use 2 accounts with GetResponse then I can able to upload in anyone account only...this is the minus thing I want to tell.

Summary: I am really enjoying this one.... Already shared with my peer group and asked them to sign up... I am sure it will help them too.

Positive: I am absolutely a non tech person running my website and online practice. GetResponse platform is amazingly easy to use, no tech knowledge required.

Negative: Cant think of any right now... I think if it was more pocket friendly I would love it.

Summary: Overall I would say that is a pretty good tool and helps a lot in running any online business but can be even better.

Positive: I really liked the sales funnel and landing page builder feature. The best I saw was that all feature are .i.e. when I build the sales funnel I did not need to look for a website or landing page builder or when I want to run ads there also not much, if I want to schedule a meeting with a client no problem I can do it with the webinar feature. So, in a nutshell I would say it's an all in 1 tool that boosts sales to next level.

Negative: The only thing I didn't likes was the pricing. The free trial can be extended and the some more could be added for free users like sales funnel and ads. Although the UI is good enough but I think can be improved to provide a better user experience.

Summary: Email Marketing has become much easier than ever. I can keep connected with my customer with just one click.

Positive: 1. Easy to use Software.

3. Detailed Reports of individual & group emails.

Negative: Didn't find any such cons as of now.
Only Sometimes email imports take much time.

Summary: I would love more learning tools on the site.

Negative: More templates if given would be more useful.

Negative: Searching saved template or sent emails or crafts email are painful... hard to get.
It's a learning curve. It's difficult to understand for the beginner even with basic knowledge.

Summary: In one word, "AWESOME"!!
Definitely recommend this to anyone who want their products to be digitally seen and marketed across the globe. I especially liked the Facebook Ad, Google Ad etc. this type of features that in future, I don't have to pound the pavement searching for any other institutions for paid advertising.

Positive: Easy Interface: The overall structure of this program is built in such a way that even an amateur can get used to the platform simply by browsing across. This goes for me as I am a newbie to Digital Marketing, Automation etc. and initially I was quite perplexed about the detailed functionality. But no worries at all, after digging deeper across the plat form and utilizing the well-customized guided tours, anyone can get used to it in no time.
Support team: Support executives are very friendly and they actually keep their promises when it comes to a responding to customer queries. Turnaround time is very low.
Trainings & Blogs: If someone wants to know A to Z of how automation works, tools and methodologies implemented for successful digital marketing campaigns, this is the place for them. In fact, it is a one-stop shop for every marketer's needs. Ample trainings and blogs, videos and other materials are here to educate you completely. As I said, I am taking trainings and studying the blogs on a regular basis to get accustomed with the products, interfaces and the practical uses. The fact is, the features are so many here, I sometimes can't manage how to go for round the clock study to gain better knowledge.
Pricing: Pricing is okay. As I am a beginner so, I have started with lower package and will be upgrading real soon to professional package to get best benefits.
Most importantly, the initial setup is what is required and once it's built, one can easily leave the rest on the automation because it will be taken good care of by Get Response.

Negative: Candidly, I have been using this for about just a month, and everything's working up so well for me that I am not in a position to find a single fault till date.

Summary: It was an amazing tool and got access to so many features at the best price. 100% recommendable to everyone.

Positive: Getresponse is the best and most sophisticated email marketing tool at the best affordable pricing range in the market that I have ever found. It got me with my email marketing needs absolutely well. I have tried autoresponders, newsletters, list building, landing page creation, and many more features in the GetResponse. My conversion ratio's scaled to approx. 50% of the page visitors and it was just incredible. Had a really great time with this tool and I am still using it. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to take their business next level with the aid of email marketing.

Negative: Although, it's the best tool for email marketing, yet there could be some additions. In the basic plan, some automation features could be added and autoresponders could be made more sophisticated so that we are enabled to schedule them for particular dates as well irrespective of the sign up dates.
Rest everything as of my experience was perfect.

Summary: GetResponse is such a useful platform to have, especially for building drag and drop email layouts and marketing campaigns. It also gives me accurate user analytics. Overall, it's one solution for different email marketing needs.

Positive: It provides the best and ability to customize, build as many campaigns, schedule emails and track every email impression. The user interface is quite simple and on friendly side. It also delivers email super fast with a single click.

Negative: Few templates are not optimized and take more than usual time to load email content.

Summary: Weekly, we send campaigns to all our clients in order to capture their attention and get them to access our real estate services. GetResponse has been a key platform for our development as a company and for attracting new negotiations, I am very happy with the use that I am having with this platform and with the ability it has provided me to manage several campaigns simultaneously. In addition, I am very grateful to GetResponse for allowing me to create campaigns in less time and to be able to distribute them automatically to all our clients, this has helped me save time and money. This platform is great for managing ad campaigns, I have had a great experience with this platform.

Positive: You find the future and automation of the Email Marketing system with the fantastic GetResponse platform. One of the things that I like the most about this great platform is that it has an excellent automated filter to avoid blocking by Spam that each client who receives the campaigns has, GetResponse performs an automated sending of the campaigns in periods of time, which it helps that the anti-spam system of each recipient does not react and does not block our campaigns. In addition, another of the things that I like about GetResponse is that it has an excellent way to create advertising campaigns, it has a web editor where you can create campaigns in just a few clicks, campaigns with an optimized design and with the information correctly organized . Finally, it is important to highlight the excellent auto-response system that can be configured in GetResponse, which sends automated emails for each of the actions that the client does in our campaign.

Negative: GetResponse is fantastic, I really have no complaints about the email marketing services that this platform has provided me since we started using it in our business sector. GetRespose keeps us abreast of each progress our campaigns have and the number of clients we have captured with each of those campaigns. This platform is fantastic, we can have a wide visualization of the progress of each campaign.

Summary: My overall experience has been excellent with superbly being able to automate and manage marketing. I also appreciate its insights and reports. Loved this tool, I highly recommend this.

Positive: GetResponse is the most practical marketing campaign manager. It's very simple to use. On the positive side, it's simple, advanced, offers great functions, such as landing page builder and automation, also offers the best campaign analytics.

Negative: The landing page builder has less flexibility to manage and build.
