Negative: No major dislike to share. Performs well as per our expectations.

Negative: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

It can be used to set up auto triggered emails for feedback, abandon carts or anything which you set up. It supports Popups, forms, countdown timers etc which helps a lot to achieve higher conversion with just some simple setups. It supports auto email trigger based on the logic as IF, AND, Clicked, Card abandon, subscribers etc. The form builder is very easy and has variety of predefined template, which and edited and used right away.

Positive: GetResponse is perfect email marketing tool which provides many more feature to increase the conversion. It has ample predefined templates from email which can be edited as per requirement and save much time to create beautiful emails without starting from scratch. Negative: There can be a learning curve while implementing GetResponse, particularly for people who are not familiar with email marketing and marketing automation tools. For best use, adequate onboarding and training are advised.

Summary: GetResponse really means a lot to me and to my entire company, I believe that this platform has been key for us to develop high-quality advertising campaigns. Previously it was a bit complicated to design campaigns, and have control of them, because we used software that offered us advanced tools, however, after the arrival of this platform we have noticed that it is easy to carry out campaigns advertising, in addition, we can manage those of the same panel without having any complex process. I loved the experience I had with this platform, I consider that each of the templates are totally attractive, in addition, I consider that the method of the three and drop to create campaigns is quite used, which helps to create campaigns in any delay type. I loved this platform as a marketing powerhouse, we have had a large number of clients thanks to the campaigns designed within this platform, I loved the experience and I hope that this experience continues for much longer.

Positive: GetResponse has been a very influential platform when it comes to carrying out advertising campaigns and sending them through mail and social networks, this platform provides advanced tools to design very attractive advertising campaigns, which can capture the attention of each of the clients, this platform also It offers quite potential monitoring, or monitoring in which you can statistically understand the progress of each of the campaigns in real time. The things I liked the most were:

Although this platform offers a granita of templates, you will have plenty of templates to choose from for your campaigns.

- It has an excellent application for mobile devices, this application allows you to design campaigns within the mobile phone, and also allows you to monitor in real time as it happens from the version for computers. This application is very advanced, and will help you monitor the advertising campaigns and the traffic of each of them from your cell phone.

Negative: This platform has provided many positive factors, a large part of the tools it provided were very positive, they managed to develop high-quality advertising campaigns, however we have also noticed various negative things, such as:

- The emails that are sent to the clients with the advertising campaign, sometimes are not received by the main mail inbox of our clients, sometimes the advertising campaigns are stored in the spam folder of our clients, which causes that sometimes our clients do not see the campaign that we have sent them, we have noticed that this error occurs after doing various tests such as this work team, this is the most outstanding negative factor of this platform, it is really very annoying fact that on some occasion the other client does not receive the campaigns correctly.

- It is not possible to send simultaneously and synchronized advertising campaigns to social networks and by email at the same time, you should not send the campaign separately by email, and then you must send the social campaign, there is no way to send it simultaneously.

- Within this platform it is also not possible to view the campaign that your colleague is designing, the main panel of this platform is shared, all employees can design campaigns within the same panel, however you cannot view the progress of a campaign that a colleague is doing.

Summary: My overall experience has been great as I went from a copy paste marketer to I feel like a email master.. and now I have more free time with this ease of use, and all in one stop shop.

Positive: I like the ease of use.. also everything you need to grow is built in from landing pages to automation and responders. GREAT WAY to level up you marketing game. The primary home page is great too.. already has the widgets for analytics and things you look for right in front of you.. layout is great.

Negative: There isn't anything at this point I can say I don't like.

Positive: The GetResponse team is quick to respond to email or messages when I have questions. I love the AI website creator. I have tried a LOT of platforms that do part or most of what GetResponse does. GetResponse is the most comprehensive in terms of functionality. Meanwhile the entire system is very intuitive and easy to use... Which is great. I don't need to hire help to get things done and have it look amazing. Another essential they deliver, is first-in-class email delivery rates! :D

Negative: I hope they soon add a feature that allows me to set up an affiliate sales model with tracking and automatic payouts etc.

Summary: Switched from two other competitors to GetResponse and their prices are competitive and provide the same service.

Positive: GetResponse is easy to use and intuitive. It helps us stay in in touch with our clients and has many features that competitors don’t have.

Negative: Interface could be a bit friendlier. It would be nice to have a cleaner overview of the metrics as well as list maintenance.

Summary: Able to do what I need for now. The price for the product is great. Still figuring things out on this product.

Positive: I like that I can create an email quickly to send. It is easy to preview and set up before sending out.

Negative: I don't like that I cannot have a subscribe button to auto load individuals from social media posts. I am a pastor and would like the community to have an opportunity to subscribe.

Summary: Overall satisfied but it would've been really helpful to have an onboarding support person. Like I said before, the templates are great and helpful for those who don't have programming experience.

Positive: Easy to use interface, lots of capabilities with the Pro plan. The templates are super helpful, the forms section is great (although I couldn't figure it out on my own). This solution is great for a marketing team but I'd highly recommend having someone who understands HTML to set it up.

Negative: If you need help integrating, you need to get the MAX plan. There's only so much help the 24/7 chat box can do to help you. Also, there was no training offered or best practices.
