Negative: However, if you are using Genesis Wordpress, better hire a programmer for customization. The forms and pop-ups will give a lot of challenges.

Summary: I have had an excellent experience working and managing ad campaigns with the help of this great platform called GetResponse. At first, it took us a bit to adapt to the platform, due to various difficulties in automating responses to our advertising campaigns, however, the support team was always attentive to solve each of our doubts, we were quite surprised by that so perfect attention. In addition, with GetResponse we have had the ability to create a structure where we have been able to design very attractive advertising campaigns in a very simple way, which has helped us to attract the attention of more clients. We are totally grateful for these services.

Positive: GetResponse has been one of the best choices we have had for the general control of ad campaigns. GetResponse has an excellent structure which is capable of providing a wide visualization of the advertising campaigns sent and shows exact details about that campaign, details such as how many customers have accessed the email, how many customers have successfully accessed the campaign and many more things. One of the things I like the most about GetResponse is that it has excellent pre-designed templates which help me to give a better design to my advertising campaigns. Previously we had very little creativity in our advertising campaigns, we were not able to place an attractive design for customers, however, after the arrival of this great platform, everything was improving little by little, the design we obtained for our campaigns has been very comfortable and this has allowed us to better organize all the information of the campaigns.

Negative: As I mentioned before, GetResponse has an excellent work structure, because it allows me to create and manage large-scale advertising campaigns, however, one of the negative factors that directly affects this platform is the price comparison with respect to others. platforms that offer a similar service at a much more accessible price and with better features. GetResponse offers an excellent service for advertising campaigns, however, one of the plans that does not have a good value for money, is the Basic plan, since it allows very few subscriptions, and this should offer greater subscription capacity to be functional in small companies.

Highly customisable and personalized emails are there. Its powerful tool has increased our website traffic. Auto responder is also available which saves lots of time. Very simple to track leads and conversation.

Automated email marketing option saves lots of time and energy and it also makes sure to send emails to relevant customers only so that we can focus on targeted customers. Easily setup and save resources. Customer support team are very responsive.

Negative: Very simple and easy to understand and use this software, no cons found till now.

Summary: Overall it's a really good tool to use especially if you're wanting to manage it yourself. I'd recommend it.

Negative: Very simple. Doesn't have as many advanced features as others.
