    Summary: Overall it's a good program and they've made improvements over time. I like the ease of setting it up too.

    Positive: I like how this is used to collect reviews. You can provide incentives to your customers and automate the rewards.

    Negative: They didn't support USD gift cards on Amazon which was shocking.
