Summary: The best platform and I am always happy to step into the eventix page to buy my tickets compared with every single other ticketseller

Positive: No nonsense, getting the tickets straight away it stead of the unnecessary personalization.

Negative: None, never had problems and not expecting to have them either

Summary: I like the way it works and how fast it goes and that you have waves so I am happy about the site and will buy more tickets.

Positive: I like that its all personal to the name you put in to so you can buy for more then 1 person without any problems.
It has a nice design.

Negative: Overall nothing too bad but would like it that my personal info can be held as main so that it's faster because i come a lot.

Positive: First of all Eventix processes information fast. Despite that it was easy to use since it was quite self-explanatory what I had to fill in.

Positive: I recently had the pleasure of using Eventix to purchase tickets and I must say, the experience was really good. From start to finish, the website demonstrated efficiency, user-friendliness, and reliability. The User interface and transaction process were both great as well.

Negative: The only con I must mention was the lag during peak times, improvements in server capacity and load balancing could help mitigate these slowdowns during peak times, ensuring a consistently smooth user experience.

Summary: Excellent working website, great pricing, and smooth performance. Would recommend to other people.

Positive: The website works very well and makes it easy to buy tickets for every type of event. Whether it is a festival, musical or other event.

Negative: I didn’t find anything i can call a con, but it is kind of annoying that when the tickets are sold out the website makes a notification on the screen.

Summary: The experience with the service is positive in overall. Simple, secure, and solid. I would certainly recommend event organizers to use Eventix.

Positive: How fast, secure, and straightforward the service is. Alongside with the service fees, that are clearly stated and not hidden. The fact that they provide a "money back" option in case one cannot attend is an interesting innovation.

Negative: That Eventix does not accept American Express cards. It would be also appealing to see the acceptance of such cards.

Summary: Overall I would say I am happy with Eventix. it is clear when you are in that you will get your tickets.

Positive: I like that the website is easy to use and that there are no unnecessary blinking words etc. This way you can navigate your way around the ticket shop easily.

Negative: The waiting queue can sometimes be a bit stressful. It can also be unclear that sometimes you need to click the "+" to the amount of tickets that you want before you can see if they are already reserved or not.

Summary: I have always had a good experience. I was helped kindly and respectfully and I am very positive about Eventix!

Positive: The website is very easy to use!!
When there are difficulties, there is a quick response and a friendly support!

Negative: It would always be nice if the tickets could be more cheaply priced ;)

Summary: Pretty nice, would use it again :). Maybe the design wasn't that nice but i guess that it isn't that useful for this kind of application.

Positive: It was really easy to use and it all went by pretty quick. It's also nice that you can leave the site without losing your place in the queue.

Negative: That the places in the queue were randomly picked.

Summary: Had some stress at first but then i got trough. The stress wasn't nice because the tickets weren't so cheap.

Positive: iPad did great. I got trough and got to buy the tickets so great. I for sure would use it again on my iPad.

Negative: Smartphone didn't work so that wasn't so nice. I had to contact them.

Summary: Best ticket system there is! Everybody with festival needs to rake this system! Best there is for tickets!

Best ticket system with waitline! You can go out of line and get email notifications! Best app.

Negative: Nothing, waitline was good, email was Bert good. No cons.
