Summary: Using Eventix to buy tickets has always been easy and quick, no troubles navigating the website or difficulties in finding what I want to find.

Positive: Easy and clear website, easy to navigate on where and how to buy the tickets en properly readable. Always easily accessible and quick. The layout of the website is very well made in terms of letter fonts and format/layout.

Negative: Not much that I disliked, maybe the pricing but the organizer of the event decides the ticket prices (I think) so not necessarily a con about Eventix itself.

Summary: Really liked all the ways of payment, fast and secure. Site with a really nice design.

Pricing for 2 days is really okay.

Positive: Easy site & easy check out. Really liked that it reserves your ticket for 10 minutes.

There lot of options of payment. You can buy money (w) for drinks and food there. Really easy because you don’t need to queue when you’re there.

I really liked that you can personalize your wristband.

Negative: A shame that we cant spend the night there, really difficult to find an affordable accommodations. Luckily I live in Bruges so it’s not dat away.

Summary: I am very satisfied with the overall experience of booking the show and also getting notified about the same. The payment process was also very fast.

Definitely would like to try it out again.

Positive: So easy to track your favorite artists and their shows. You get all the info in one place. No need to worry about missing on any events. There are many options of making your payments too. And all in all, the complete process of booking the shows is so smooth.

Negative: May be a option of making payment directly from the bank account, without any extra charges can be included in the payment options.

Summary: Overall great experience, very smooth and mobile friendly. It was no information overload which was great, however a bit more communication about the waiting time would’ve been beneficial.

Positive: Pretty smooth experience for a high demand event. Good waiting time and instructions. Clear buttons and design.

Negative: Some info whether refreshing the page is fine would’ve been great.

Summary: Excellent, it was clear to see what we could expect. The site was updated every two seconds which made it very easy for us.

Positive: I had to wait to enter the site. I was glad to see what my no. in line was and the approximate time.

Negative: Paying service fee per ticket. Per order is preferred.

Negative: Sometimes you have to give a lot of information about yourself.

Summary: It is great, I have bought tickets a lot last year and it never disappointed me. Also the collab between Eventix and TicketSwap is a great solution for if you do want to go to an event after all of if you can’t go.

Positive: You can sell again easily through TicketSwap which makes the choice to buy a ticket less hard. Als the event you do are great.

Negative: It is a bit expensive with the extra costs etc but it's ok.

Summary: Perfect. Can’t think of anything that would make it any better. Love the applications that work with Eventix! Overall it works like it should and it does so very fast and easily. Makes my life easier. Immediately got the tickets I was waiting for.

Positive: Always order tickets here. Always works great, fast, clean overview, trustworthy because everyone uses this platform.

Negative: Nothing much. It worked like it was supposed to. Difficult to find a con.

Summary: Very well-organized website. With only the basic fields to fill in, the whole shopping process is very fast. There are no extra complicated questions as on some other ticketing websites. Good thing that there are several payment options as well.
