Negative: i have heard of other users, there was a "429 Too Many Requests. Unknown if its cause of the organiser or cause by Eventix.

Summary: Great experience. Hoping the Door Management features will enable a quick and pleasant check in at ADE.

Positive: Checkout was seamless, website integration fluid. Would recommend the services for corporate events and would love to see an expansion into general events to rival Ticketmaster's services.

Negative: Cannot tell what features are Eventix related vs Website/Company related (example: why are the credit card fees so high? forces you towards one payment type).

Negative: While Eventix offers an exceptional service, there are a few minor drawbacks. Occasionally, I've noticed that some events may have hidden fees that aren't immediately obvious during the ticket purchase process. It would be helpful if these fees were more transparent upfront.

Additionally, although the majority of events I've attended have been well-organized, I have encountered a couple of instances where event information was not as detailed as I would have liked. This can be a bit frustrating when trying to plan my attendance accurately.

Summary: 10/10 experience. Would defer it’ll recommend this to everyone around me. And would definitely keep using.

Positive: It’s very easy to work with. Doesn’t lag at all. All my friends never have issues working with this.

Negative: No cons just easy to use. 10/10 experience! No issues whatsoever.

Summary: The experience was a pretty standard payment experience. Clicked some buttons, filled out some fields, got redirected to my bank to pay, got tickets.

Positive: This was the first time I've used Eventix to buy tickets, and as expected, there were no hiccups. Process was easy and intuitive (and quick).

Negative: None that I noticed - the transaction went smoothly.

Summary: Very pleased and extremely helpful site. Used across the Netherlands so it’s very nice that I have all my tickets on the same site.

Positive: Eventix is an extremely helpful site. I always buy my tickets very easily with the Ideal function and I sometimes have the problem that I lose my ticket in my mailbox. I can easily find my ticket by the functions provided.

Negative: Even though I only buy tickets and don’t sell them, I would maybe like to have my own account for special offers etc.

Summary: Five star platform and services/ partnerships. Fast and customer friendly ticket support and overall handling of after sales requests. Would be amazing to work for Eventix in some way, one day :)!

Positive: Timely and accurate information shared and linked in newsletter around Eventix partners events and various purchase options. Clear confirmation emails and file naming of tickets for future use/ search.

Negative: Not anything really but if I have to name one point for improvement it is around the: Sealed tickets. Would be nicer for my personal experience if those could get released a bit earlier due to organisation for ADE (and sharing purchased tickets with friends already who join) instead of thinking about it quite last minute, after a long time.

Summary: Very good experience, easy to use and everything was clear. Not really a con I could mention. I give Eventix 5 stars.

Positive: I use this product only for buying festival tickets or event tickets, Eventix really is an easy to use platform for this. Everything works fine and I never had any issues. Everything is clear for me and I have no issues finding the right features. The design is very clear.

Negative: The €1,50 I had to pay but I think that’s not too bad as I think it’s normal.

Summary: It was a blast. I wish every organisation would use a ticketing system like this one. Often it’s a struggle but not this time!!!

Negative: There was not something I disliked about Eventix.

Positive: I had trouble with converting my invalid ticket to a valid one. They were able to help me immediately so everything went smoothly.
