    Summary: Terrible, initially was told I could exchange my tickets for a different day, but when I tried, web page did not work, now site won’t load at all

    Positive: Nothing! Cannot get the website to come up as I need to exchange my tickets for an air show event. Site won’t load and information is not correct,

    Negative: Cannot contact anyone! Website will not load so I cannot contact anyone concerning my problem. Will not use this option again.
