    The best tool in the market

    Summary: This tool looks great and is so super easy for everyone to use. It is simple to start journey mapping and to engage and then keep things going forward.

    Positive: Really made for journey mapping with all the complexities nicely solved. The people behind this seem to have the experience of mapping themselves. E.g. when you put a new card between two existing everything arranges accordingly. Or the possibility to hide extra data in something they call sub-lanes.
    They also have really good customer support!

    Negative: You will have to keep your target group in other formats since there is no solution for this. But you can easily link to those if you have them in e.g. Miro or upload documents.
