    Customer journey design tool

    Summary: Maximum satisfaction because this tool offers everything I need. And especially the export is in high resolution and does not make a problem when printing the banner.

    Positive: UXPressia is a very powerful and robust tool. It is used for mapping and designing the customer journey, but also for creating a persona or impact map that connects context.

    Negative: At the moment I have no reservations. It might be worth considering another download format - although that is already technically challenging. If a map could be downloaded as a .docx, with the text stuff nicely structured, that would be great.

    Good tool if you do JM projects on a regular basis

    Summary: A handy platform to organize all your projects and have a database. Also, you can easily share projects with clients. Maps are visually appealing, they look professional.

    Positive: The ability to create maps and reuse them as templates is very helpful, as often I’m in charge of 2-3 journey mapping projects at once. Presentation mode and export formats help to visually explain to the client what’s going on in their audiences’ journeys.

    Negative: There are storyboard illustrations but they don’t work for me. I prefer stock photos.
