We have been using the banners for things such as 'book a consultation' or sending leads to landing pages with ease. No programming language necessary and can be adjusted to bring in more added functionality by amending the custom rules.

Negative: Have not come across any as of yet but will update.

Summary: We started using Crossware last year and are amazed with how many problems it has solved in our organisation. Everything is backed up on the cloud and offers one of the most powerful signature designers on the market.

Positive: -Do not have to install software on every computer.

Negative: -Support can be 24x7 but i just nitpicking but will update the review if I find any.

It is great to have everything working on Microsoft 365 and receiving data which helps in market research.

It is also quite easy to login with your Microsoft credentials and everything is backed up on the cloud. We also get great data to assess the multiple campaigns which aids in our market research.

Negative: The signature designer can be a bit more intuitive.

Summary: We have used a few mail signature softwares and were having multiple issues with customising and training the departments with using it on a daily basis. Crossware Mail Signature Software solved this problem with ease. The software is a breeze to work on and the signature designer is fantastic.

Negative: Cannot quite see your own signature when sending an email but the receiver definitely gets the mail signature

Positive: Easily manage users and push a consistent brand image. The signatures look great and work well on a PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. We have also switched from Microsoft to a google workspace suite and all our signatures and assets ported perfectly in one seamless transition. The support staff is quite prompt to respond as well.

Negative: Haven't come across any as of now but will update.

Positive: Quite easy to set up and centralized management helps save time. We are a company that constantly changes our offers and promotions and Crossware helps us be on top of all our mail signatures.

Negative: Could be a bit quicker. Feels a bit laggy but I chatted with someone in the support and they mentioned that an update will fix it.
