You can manage your crew and projects with simple yet powerful digital tools. These include scheduling, timesheets and safety, equipment, document sharing and group chats. Budgeting, quotes and progress communications with your clients are all possible. You can see all your projects in one page with our snapshot view. You can also schedule using our multi-select and drag-and-drop features, set work details, create checklists and assign equipment. You can even set up a geofence around your site to keep track of who is on what clock and when. CrewTraka is free and easy to use. It streamlines your day-today operations. Crew can log their time using day cards, or clock in and off using the GPS-enabled TimeTraka software. Crew can quickly complete SWMS and JSA's, log expenses and complete equipment pre-starts. They can also access docs and apply for leave. Timesheets are available online. Day cards, dockets and easy 'clock-on/off' on site, track project start, break and end times, attach images and videos, remind crew to clock out, and even remind them.
