The shift-planning algorithm takes into account the relative availability of each worker to ensure that you have the right workforce.     ClockIt is a great value

    Summary: Although it isn't the most smooth app/website, I think it's worth it for the cost! It makes managing a team easy, so I don't have many complaints and would recommend it to anyone starting out with hourly employees or anyone who has a small team.

    Positive: For the cost, I'm happy it comes with time & attendance tracking. It's easy to set up PTO and they send you a report every night of employee's hours and whether they clocked in right or now.

    Negative: Maybe it's because I'm the Admin, but sometimes the features are glitchy for only me. I can't request PTO although for everyone else it's fine. But that's not a huge issue!
