    Summary: I wanted to like this, but I honestly just hated it. It's cumbersome doing anything in this, when other similar apps out there are very straight-forward and it tries to hold the users hands to such a degree that it feels annoying doing anything. I gave this a try to see if it might be a better option for my needs, but I certainly won't be switching to this over what I'm already using.

    Positive: It has a nice looking interface, I'll give it that. You can view tasks by calendar, list, or board. There's an option to set goals, which is nice. As with any software like this, you can assign tasks to specific people and set deadlines for them. There's also an option to keep certain things private and you do get to pick a color theme.

    Negative: Please, stop holding the user's hand! Setting up anything in the app takes forever. I don't need everything to be a tutorial. It's a task managing app. I know how to use it! I don't mind some tutorial aspects when using an app, but this one really overdoes it. Likewise, setting up anything in general is very time consuming because each part of the process is a separate aspect instead of all on the screen at once. It's feels more like I'm taking a survey than setting up anything. I also cannot get the templates to work at all.

For us, as a business, it has greatly improved so many aspects of our business, but the main one I would say is that it has greatly improved the way we do work as a team overall, the creation of projects and the completion of these become less complicated and more easy to work with and finish, it is relatively easy to become a capable team that can do anything. With ClickUp, it is possible to have so much organization and complete all tasks in time and even earlier than expected, have total control over what needs to be done and what is being done, and have monitoring of the rest of the team and their assigned tasks, it has revolutionized and completely changed the way we structure our projects in order to set up a map of proper goals that adjust to our entire mission as a business and help us achieve even bigger goals as time goes by. It is not only an effective software, but it also has saved us so much money because it is affordable and it allowed us to get rid of so much paperwork that we used to do, when we had to spend our budget in physical stuff to complete all our lists, checklists, schedules, and more, it is possible to do this online with ClickUp, and even have more possibilities to edit and change up many things if a better idea comes up that benefits the project in a major way.     With ClickUp's tool, it is possible to customize tasks and provide a different outlook to every project thanks to this customization, I am able to set different tasks that adjust to many types of data, it is overall a helpful tool that helps customize every project the way that it is most suitable to get the best results. It is not a good thing that it does not provide enough support for it to be fairly easy to start using, it does not have enough guides either and it would be great if they could improve their support system and tutorials in order to be more comfortable while using it and start working right away with any project without feeling too confused or without feeling that there is a never ending learning curve with this software, this way it is possible to do all the tasks and projects without wasting too much time trying to learn how the platform works and how every feature works.     When looking at some basic tutorials it's easy to use

    Negative: - you can easily get lost in the different levels if you don't think very well about a structure before getting started
    - if you use it very actively (but maybe not the most efficiently) you can sometimes lose track of all your to-do's if you don't think about a good way for yourself (which can be different for every person)
    - we have a paying option but are still limited for some basic options in my opinion (e.g. more than one automation, timeline view)

I love the options it provides, and I'm glad that my company is paying for a subscription now because the limitations are invisible and many. I really love using ClickUp, and I'd love for it to get more popular!

    Positive: There are lots of nice features, views, and ways to handle information. ClickUp is generally very flexible and lets you keep track of a lot of things in a variety of different ways. You can use multiple lists and manage items from one list in others. The flexibility of custom statuses is nice, and the ability to assign items to multiple people is very nice. I also like that you can connect GitHub/GitLab and your commit message will appear in the ticket if you add the ClickUp id to the commit!
    Also, the free capabilities are very nice!

    Negative: Pages don't always refresh in real time to reflect changes made, managing multiple lists can get tricky and annoying if you forget to think of items "physically". One item lives in one list, but you can also *add* that item to other lists so it displays there, but it still lives in that original list, so if you move an item to a list instead of "adding" it, it can be easy to lose track of that item.
    Also, ClickUp has a remarkable upselling system for free users, and you won't know what something costs or even what your limitations are until you suddenly are going beyond the limits or trying to do something you didn't know you needed to purchase access for.

    Summary: Easy and nice to use if you already have setup the correct flow. Much better than Jira, whole team loves it!

    Positive: Other than Jira for example we can store also docs in one place which is really cool. The design is also great and easy to use.

    Negative: The product has a lot of options for customizing the flow and board but it might be a bit too complicated to set up a nice workflow in one click.

    Summary: One size truly fits all, whether you need something simple and light, up to a more complex and structured PM software.

    Easy to use if you have already knowledge of project management, but might take a bit more if you are not familiar.
    Good variety of templates, assigning tasks and other "typical" tasks.

    I have the feeling I'm just using 5% of the total potential of the product, probably some tips or or a virtual assistant would be nice.

    I'm using this software to support some minor projects so can't say much on the use into a team.
    Can't comment either on embedded functionality or extensions

    Positive: Product - good features overall, easy to understand, and manage. Variety of templates and:

    UX - simple to navigate

    Mobile version - definitely handy for a lighter use
    App for Windows - works perfectly
    Browser version - nothing to report works properly

    Tags - love them, easy to use and manage
    White board - helps a lot

    Negative: Improvements rather than cons:
    - Raid log template would be a nice to have (if it's there I'll check it again)
    - Gantt view grouped by week (e.g. 4/5 cells in a month)
    - possibility to export into Excel (we all are using ClickUp to avoid Excel but sometimes we need to go back to it)
    - guided process to help someone not expert start building and using it; with particular regards to the fact that most users have the excel structure implemented in the head, they're starting with it.
    - print function in the Gantt view could be more than just a print screen (header, footer, zoom in or out) or differently could be specified.
    - time reporting: would be nice to know per project the time spent from a PM perspective ( this helps for timesheet or invoicing). Different from having a time column for a task
    - Wording/naming convention: is not clear sometimes the difference between space, project folder and list - see guided process to start a project

    Best productivity Tool for project management!

    Summary: Overall, I love this app. Switched from Asana and also tried almost everything out there. This app works and I love the cross over to my phone and tablet. It allowed me to manage and push work to an employee with ease. Would definitely like to see a better Gantt project timeline feature.

    Positive: - phone app to make quick reminders and tasks on the go
    - Integration with outlook for tasks
    - I see the huge potential for project management
    - Love the lists and follow up tags that can be added
    - Customer service and listening to your clients feedback is the best!!

    Negative: - still need a clean functional gantt chart, similar to Smartsheet that is easy to use. ClickUp is still too much and hard to figure out.
    - wish you could customize the titles under "My Work" to suit our needs better... similar to Asana.
    - Wish the "doc" was set up in folders like Microsoft to easily find a document by category to edit etc.
    - Still overwhelming and I feel like I am not using it to its full potential. Would like to get ride of Clockify and its reporting and use ClickUp, just don't know how.

    Summary: I definitely would recommend this for a team to manage workflow effectively. Once filter/ templates get the kinks worked out and bugs worked out I think ClickUp would operate nicely.

    Positive: Many features to help delegate work and metrics are crystal clear for production. Reporting is a plus.

    Negative: Templates and task lists seem to break quite often. It's hard to get your daily view set and see what you have for the week. Filters need a very big revamp.

    Summary: It has been an essential solution for managing projects remotely for my company. It has been possible to satisfactorily track all the times used within a project and thanks to this platform it has been possible to orchestrate the workers and their assigned tasks so that there are no setbacks when meeting established deadlines and thus having optimal performance. . This platform was one of the best I could have used because thanks to its tools I was able to solve the communication and organization that was so needed within the company, thus being able to have more control when it was necessary to work optimally. With the help of daily task management, all established deadlines could be followed and met in record time without losing the meaning and order that was needed. With ClickUp I was able to easily manage a large number of tasks, projects and workspaces remotely and in an orderly manner.

    Positive: º The capacity and comfort of work is amazing, I like how I can have a perspective of the projects thanks to the Gantt charts which I have a timeline and all the tasks that must be executed within a project until its completion time . This gives me peace of mind and order by being able to have everything under control without having any setbacks and if I have everything, it can be readjusted to continue on the go.

    º By logging in I can count on basic things that allow me to see the current status of the projects such as the tasks carried out and tasks that must be carried out on that day. It is comfortable and simplified to have everything in the beginning in a summarized way, but I would like to be able to customize it even more, including having the ability to choose which section I want to go to automatically when I log in with my user, but I will give more details in the negative points on this section.

    º I love having the ability to keep track of all the tasks in a project, as well as being able to have reminders for specific tasks if I wish. This gives me more control when deciding how I want to complete my tasks by being able to work calmly without having notifications overwhelming my concentration. In addition, being able to assign a task is very complete because it allows me to prioritize an entire ordered structure on the different roles of each employee involved in a project.

    º One of the functions that has been most useful to me is being able to have an extension for Google Chrome, it allows me to do several things without having to enter the website, use the desktop application or the mobile application. It's fascinating to be able to track a project as well as take screenshots and send them through the plugin. Not only that, you can also use commands with Alexa to be able to have reminders, as well as review tasks and some notifications, and I can also perform the same actions through Outlook and thus have my email synchronized with this platform.

    º I can manage multiple projects within this platform and be able to have the status of each one at my start, it is essential to have this feature since I can manage several projects without waiting to have one on top of another or look for other platforms to do other projects, having to thus adapt to other functions and other characteristics.     Negative: º The mobile application both iOS and Android are a bit clumsy and incomplete, this is disappointing since when I seek to have a multiplatform application I would like platforms like this to be complete and both the web, desktop and mobile versions to be complete for so you can have the ease of having everything at any time and on any platform. But with the ClickUp mobile app, it's incomplete in a number of ways that means I have to be able to manage projects and tasks on my desktop or laptop.

    º I would like to be able to choose what the home screen will be each time I log in to my account. It would be more practical to be able to have that facility of being able to choose whether I want to enter a list directly or start managing a project as soon as I log in to my account. I say this as a problem as sometimes I have to wait for everything to load before I can decide what I want to manage and it would be more practical for me to be able to leave the feature I use the most by default for ease and accessibility.

    º I would like the tasks to go beyond the subtasks, such as having subtasks within the subtasks, this would be more practical by wanting to detail the tasks more deeply and thus have everything more organized. When I talk about practicality it is the best when I can have the freedom with features like this as I can create tasks with more details that help me and the employees complete the tasks more easily.

    º It would be nice to be able to suggest changes to the documents without the need to edit them. Like other platforms such as Office Word or Google Docs which can suggest changes without actually making changes, this is convenient when working collaboratively and you don't lose the content of the document by making simultaneous changes, but it would be better that within the document there should be a section of suggested changes according to X user, in order to also be able to identify who is the one who proposed the change.

    º A good function is that it has a good synchronization with the Google calendar, so I can have my agenda more in order without having to export and import everything manually, but simply have to log in with my Google account and everything from my calendar appears in ClickUp.

    Incredibly versatile, with some bugs

    Summary: Our business would not be the same without ClickUp. It enables us to work more efficiently and with greater agility than anyone else in our industry. The way we have it set up is exactly what we need, and it's allowed us to work on a vast number of projects with a relatively small team. However, there are occasional faults where it just doesn't work at all, happening a few times a month normally. With such heavy reliance on ClickUp, this is hugely inconvenient.

    Positive: It is customisable in the extreme, with enough pre-existing structure to not be too complex. We rely heavily on ClickUp for our daily project management, flicking between multiple projects constantly. The record keeping and subtask setting allows us to make not of things without needing to just individual remember stuff, which is nigh on impossible with the volume we deal with.

    Negative: It does periodically go down for no apparent reason. This is very inconvenient as we rely so heavily on it. There are also some minor bugs (some automation rules causing syntax errors when leaving comments due to tasks moving, attachments not always working, subtasks not always being displayed after being created) that sporadically pop up. The reporting and graphs also rarely seem to work as intended, meaning while it is good for project management, it's not particularly useful for team management.
