Negative: I like it the fact that the free trial is easy to use and has all the features needed. Also very integrative and this considered there is nothing to dislike.

Also it has made it easy to manage few projects at a time.

Positive: I like how ClickUp has really helped us solve time tracking and project management.
Also it is very Collaborative with easy to use interface.

Negative: It is the most capable for organizing projects, so i have no cons.

Summary: ClickUp has been saving in general projects management. We have managed to plan projects and ensure timely performance. It does well in teamwork.

Positive: It is a simple tool that is accessible on mobile phone for easy schedule planning and following there are notifications for reminder if the same.
It is suitable for all types of industries and all sizes of projects.

Negative: I have liked everything about this tool as long as you out it to it's right use it's perfect.

Positive: Workspaces offered by ClickUp are highly adaptable, with customized views like Gantt charts, calendars, lists, and boards. Teams are able to easily transition between perspectives because to this flexibility, which also fits various project management preferences.

Negative: The sheer number of capabilities in ClickUp may be too much for certain smaller teams or projects with simpler requirements. The platform's considerable capabilities could be deemed overkill for simple jobs.

Summary: In relation to sprints, recall the client from yesterday who insisted on an impossibly tight deadline? ClickUp served as my covert tool. With ClickUp, we created a project plan more quickly than you could say "agile methodology," assigned tasks, monitored development, and—gasp!—even had client communications. What was the outcome? A satisfied customer, a feature that was provided, and me, sulking in the warm light of a "job well done."

Positive: The crown treasure of ClickUp? Personalisation, hehe! It changes to suit the whims of our crew like a chameleon. ClickUp dances right alongside us as we sprint through feature releases like Agile ninjas. Personalised displays, automated processes, and data-singing dashboards evoke the feeling of witnessing Gandalf perform productivity sorcery.

Negative: On a skateboard, the learning curve can resemble Mount Doom. Although it's incredibly feature-rich, at first it felt like trying to learn Klingon for a Star Trek conference. Thank goodness, the support staff is patient and wise beyond Yoda. After they led us through the maze, using ClickUp is now like gliding through a Zen garden, albeit with sporadic sprints for bug fixes, of course.

Summary: We have been using ClickUp for over a couple of years and from day one it performs exponentially for our project management. Also, its task management and automation perform great, it allows us to streamline our process and trigger automated tasks. ClickUp's collaboration ability helps us to interact, share files and assign tasks at the same time. Additionally, it also generates detailed insights about team performance and ongoing tasks status. Overall, ClickUp has been a game-changer tool for my team.

Positive: ClickUp is a reliable software that provides great customization and the ability to integrate with various third-party tools. The user interface is clean and easy to read information. The project reporting provides a detailed overview of ongoing projects. Allows to connect and share files with team members. Multiple project views like Gantt, list and chart are available. Its task assign ability helps me to assign tasks equally according to the roles.

Negative: The only downside I found is its learning curve it takes time to get used to and grasp all its functionality.

Summary: ClickUp is a very practical project manager. It centralizes project communication and management. It enables bird's eye visibility that helps in improving planning and decision-making to execute tasks before the deadline. Overall, it's an ideal solution for project management.

Positive: ClickUp is an extremely scalable solution for team collaboration and project management. The user interface is intuitive, so it can be easily adapted by new users. Seamlessly tracks the time of each task. Helps in transparency between coworkers.

Negative: To be honest, l haven't found anything that l disliked.

Summary: Overall really strong platform that has helped our team improve project management tremendously with a lot of different capabilities to house everything all in one platform. We use for design, CRM, paid media, and overall business management.

Positive: Keeps our team organized with due dates and easy to share externally for our clients as well. Our project management has improved tremendously.

Negative: Sometimes can be laggy and take a second to update.

Summary: Overall, I think ClickUp is the best project management tool out there! I've tried so many other solutions, but me and my team all love how easy ClickUp is to use and collaborate on.

Positive: I love that I can give different tasks priority rankings. The dashboard is colorful, simple, and streamlined perfectly and the tools are a great match for my small business team.

Negative: The onboarding/learning process took me a bit longer than I expected, so I'd recommend being mindful of the learning curve.

Summary: Once we got it set up and running and trained our users it has made a world of a difference. We love it.

Positive: ClickUp is a great tool to keep efficient and keep your business running smoothly. It has made a lot of difference to our organization, and keeps us ticking along instead of missing things and fire fighting.

Negative: Occasionally there are hiccups as with any electronic system.
Takes a while for users to gain confidence.

Summary: We've had a great experience with ClickUp and use it for our media projects to stay caught up as a team.

Positive: Even the free version has the features our team needs to stay on top of tasks, with the automation and customizations you can make it really is pretty much all our team needs.

Negative: There isn't much and even what we have had problems with are getting better but remapping dates with tasks could be better.

I had an existing issue resetting or removing the ratings of our Knowledgebase articles and the representative said that he already escalated the issue to their Development Team. I'm still waiting for their response. The other issue I had has been resolved already. Regarding having bad links to our Knowledgebase articles. It appears that the title/link is hard-coded.

Summary: Overall, we are very satisfied with using ClickUp as it translates all our projects and tasks to the dashboard. At the end of the day, visualizing and translating the data is very important in an organization.

Positive: I already got my badge and became a verified ClickUp Power User. This means that I have been utilizing this app very much. It's been a year since we used and signed up for ClickUp as our productivity and collaboration tool. What made ClickUp really fun and exciting is we can visualize our tasks and projects, translate it to dashboards, and integrate it with our information security management system. The templates helped us a lot to understand all the features and benefits of ClickUp.

Negative: The application sometimes gets stuck when the discussion pages have several pieces of data.

Summary: It was a great tool to start with and has only grown better with time. Everybody's work is a little different, and ClickUp makes it easy to learn and adapt as you go, with plenty of best-practice resources to help you help yourself. Like many tools of this kind, you can't be afraid of trying new things or starting something over to make something that works better for yourself and your team. I also love the aesthetic, which adds to the joy of getting things done!
