Summary: It's a very straightforward tool to use.
Positive: Ability to share goals, shoutouts, and plan and organize within the team.

Summary: Overall really enjoyed my experience working with Clear Company. It was simple and easy to use and made my onboarding experience at my new job fast and convenient!
Positive: Easy to use and very user friendly.
Clear and you know you have done everything you are supposed to do.Negative: I don't have many cons. As long as you are good at following the instructions provided, there should not be any issue using the system.

Summary: Overall I like Clear Company because it is a one stop shop when it comes to hiring. From the initial requisition to interview scheduling it is amazing. My favorite would be the text feature. Now a days applicants want the use of technology so they can be reached through text which is fast and more effective way of communicating with them.
Positive: I like the fact that they offer different packages according to your company's needs. It is a one stop shop when looking to hire, analyze and schedule new applicants.
Negative: I believe they need to work on sourcing issues. When finding candidates in the sourcing area and e request information on a someone such as; tele# or email that part of sourcing is not working. I have asked for help in that area and never hear from anyone.

Summary: Overall, I love using this ATS. It's got everything I need to up my recruiting game and track the metrics for success!
Positive: I've used this product for years and they keep adding new upgraded features that make ease of use even better! I have all of my candidates in one place, and at any given time, I can see where those candidates are in our interview process. It's easy to see which sources for recruiting have been the most effective too. The support that we have received from our reps at Clear Co has been fantastic! I would highly recommend this product!
Negative: We are still fairly new to the automatic grading system of candidates, and it has not been as accurate as I'd like it to be.

Summary: I have only been with our company for 2 weeks and feel I can navigate the clear company system with ease.
Positive: All the information you need is just a click away. Easy to navigate and find just what you need to complete the hiring process.
Negative: No complaints. The system does a great job at storing data that has already been process so if we need to revisit past job post or applications we have easy access to them, as well as, review submitted information from those who have completed the onboarding process.
