CareerBlitz uses your ATS data automatically to find diverse and qualified candidates for your open positions. We connect to your ATS and pull in past hiring data (interviews, rejections, pipelines, etc.) to see how your team recruits. This will help us determine which candidates are the most successful within your company. We will surface candidates based upon your preferences and past hiring decisions. Two sets of carefully selected candidates are delivered to you each week. To ensure quality, each set is manually reviewed and approved by the team rep. Select the candidates you wish to speak to. We create personalized messages for each candidate and manage follow ups via email and SMS. As the interviews pile up, you can relax and enjoy it. Automation is great for moving quicker.
