Perfect Complement to Crashlytics Date: Feb 03 2021
Summary: Love the app. Was surprisingly easy to install (we are using it on both mobile and desktop). Great price.
Positive: My agency works with a variety of apps and we used to rely on Crashlytics for everything. The problem we kept running into when diagnosing crash reports was not being able to get insight into what happened leading up to the crash. So, we went looking for a tool that had continuous logging. We were recommended Sentry, but they actually don't have continuous logging. After doing some research, we found Bugfender and we've been able to address issues much more effectively. Fortunately, Bugfender is much more affordable than Sentry, which is always a plus.
Negative: The pricing page was in Euros (not USD) which made me assume the tool wasn't built for US companies. After checking in with the team I was able to confirm they were setup to support US-companies, they just like having Euros to convey that they are compliant with EU privacy standards (which are more stringent than the US).
