Summary: 10/10.

I was initially worried the time zone differences would be a problem.

Needed the helpers a couple of times now and got better service than I had expected. I would probably give 5/5 on the other aspects of Bitsgap on this page if I actually knew what I was doing with all the features but I'm still learning.

Positive: I was really impressed with the prompt responses I received from Bitsgap. When it comes to crypto and trading it I sometimes feel like maybe I'm just braindead and need help to figure it out. My problems are usually of my own making and ignorance but I'm happy to know there's someone there to save me from myself.

Negative: Haven't found any yet except I didn't come up with with enough characters to fill this box in initially and it wouldn't let me hit NEXT.

Summary: So far I've been able to navigate through the website with ease and I've been able to inform myself easily.

Positive: I loved how easily I could reach someone from support for a simple question. The website is really user-friendly and everything is easy to find.

Negative: The arbitrage bot is no longer available. Aside from that everything else is great.

Summary: They have a fantastic customer support. I purchased something incorrect and asked for a refund. It was refunded instantly.

Positive: Good customer support. Excellent interface. Honest and easy company to work with. Resolved a charging issue instantly.

Negative: Trading crypto is not for everyone. Especially bot trading.

Summary: Understanding of support team is excellent and truly responsive.
They are there to help and do support effectively.

The youtube seminar is hugely helpful - pity there aren't more - and jives well with the introductory associate's teaching through which I got to know about Bitsgap. This is particularly so for a beginner like me.
Perhaps more could be said about what can go wrong and what can mitigate against loss but generally this is presented reasonably well. It is too easy to sell a program like this with an excess of upside banter when the existing market is really challenging - for everyone.

Positive: Good care from real people.
Friendly system.
S bots remove trading worry - reliance on algorithmic AI is reassuring - sold me on the concept.
Reasonable pricing level given the overall offering.

Negative: Not enough demo bots for the Advanced package! :-)

Summary: Thumbs up 👍. It's a kind of Learn and Earn platform. All tools are here and one can earn as much as one learns and horns the techniques.

Positive: One of the best ways to earn logically, specially for person like me who is in his 50's and I have to be in office for my job. The Demo section helps you learn it deeply, spend your time on it before spending your money. I am sure no one would regret it. The chart tools, the Bot settings, everything actually trains you and the best part is that you don't have to have any Technical Analysis background. Just the basic maths and bit of understanding and one is all set to earn some safe money.

Negative: When the market pumps up strongly, we don't enjoy the multiplication rides along due to its safe and careful calculations to avoid the expected dips after a strong sudden pump... I am sure what Bitsgap team should do about it as I believe the basic idea here is to make safe and step by step small earnings rather than to the moon rides.. but sometimes I miss the joy of these rides in strong pumps.

Summary: Really good, earned much money with this bot. I love the design and the speed of this Bot. Really good servers and the fastest orders on the market.

Positive: Great Support and really working bots. There are many updates and a really good support. The Bot is for beginners and pros! The Design is great and everything works well! You can earn much money if you choose good settings. Try it for free the first days. Really good!

Negative: The price is not cheap.
It's not possible on mobile to change the grid settings in the new interface.

Summary: Great, would recommend. Although best to get some good training before you sign up as need to know about the markets as well as how Bitsgap works.

Positive: Their support has been great and I liked the fact that they have message letting you know when they will be back online (most places don’t so you never know if anyone will respond).

Negative: Would be great if Support can be added 24/7 to cater for users around the world.

Summary: Awesome experience so far due to good customer service. If you can set grid levels and step the way you want or similar, that will be great from Bitsgap.

Positive: Bitsgap customer service is the best. Ann and Ksenia are always there to reply messages quickly with clear explanation of any problem. You can't get better than that. Help is always available from Bitsgap.

Negative: You can't customise bot settings the way you want. It will be fantastic if you can do that. For example, you can't set your own grid levels and step with any amount the way you want.

Summary: You folks are going to be very successful. If you can make it easier for me then I will be back. The program looks great and I am very interested in being a part of the successful investors. I just needed more help and automation.

Positive: I think this program would work for me if I could figure it out. I'm 73 and thick headed. Make the program a copy and paste for people like me. I really wanted this to work. It would add to my income. If you can do that let me know and I'll be back.

Negative: The complications were too hard for me to understand.

Summary: Amazing product and most importantly amazing customer service, I would highly recommend it to another person.

Positive: I loved the customer service how they were explaining everything to me for the last few days :D. The whole platform is also user friendly with many features.

Negative: Not much cons, apart from sometimes confusing statistics on the app.

Summary: OUTSTANDING - My issue was resolved within minutes, I was able to see my account balances and my bots again.

Positive: I was unable to view my bots and exchange balances due to a bug. I contacted Support and they quickly analyzed my issue and escalated to the coding team to remedy. My account reflected accurately within minutes of my initial contact AND it was after hours for them -- super happy for the help!

Negative: N/A - I like it all and cannot say there is really any "con"

Summary: Great app, have used it for over six months now and has earned me good income even in a falling bear market. Support is very responsive.

Positive: Constantly evolving app that allows passive income to be made from crypto investments in a relatively risk-averse way.

Negative: Can be slightly confusing sometimes but that's mainly down to the complexity of the product. Had some issues in the past with changing subscriptions via Paypal.

Summary: As a long-time software consultant, developer and architect, I have had experiences using hundreds of software products on many platforms and using them, as well as designing software. I feel I know what is good software and good development. I feel that way about Bitsgap. I think they know how to write and supper good software.

Positive: It has been fun to use the product as I learn about crypto. The software is easy and intuitive to use. The interface is easy and well designed. I can use it well on my computer and mobile devices. The bots are simple to set up, and it’s simple to connect to my exchange.

The chat support is very good. The team responds quickly to messages and everyone I chatted with seemed very knowledgeable. They understood my issues and addressed them, even in that a new deployment had a caused an issue with login on on browser on my phone, and working the day it was resolved with a new build. That’s excellent turnaround.

Negative: I recently have had issue on my phone that when I log in the software says I don’t have an exchange connection. It was doing it for sever days, not refreshing. It seems to be fine now.

Summary: Excellent support and a company I trust. Their software actually works and does what it says on the tin.

Positive: Straight onto the problem - understood it without going over ground already covered. Responsive on chat and always ready to dig deeper if need be.

Negative: Cant append excel files to support chats, otherwise no problems.

Summary: One of the best passive income generating crypto bot. With right strategies it can never go wrong. We can DCA our HOLDL positions averaging down our entry price while bot making profits for us even in downward direction.

Positive: Easy to use interface and rich features like trail up and trail down.
High performance and fast grid trading while placing orders.
Accurate profit and loss reporting unlike other grid platforms.
Helpful customer support.

Negative: Their customer support response time a bit high but I can understand that could be due to their massive user base and work load.
Expensive a bit.
