Summary: Extremely happy with the service, very informative and the customer care team is really helpful. You get more than what you would pay for. They have many YouTube videos for beginners and advanced people to educate also manuals. It is my main trading platform now, with loads of features that you can build your portfolio and track its performance while trading entry's and exits that are clear and concise of the overview of the market.

Positive: I would recommend this trading software to anyone wanting a clear understanding of the markets and how to trade them using no emotions using proven algorithms. The team are always listening to peoples ideas on improving an already fantastic trading software which is amazing. They have a humble support team that is quick to answer and resolve anything you encounter that you need assistance on. What also very helpful is if you trade on multiple exchanges and want a nice and easy all in one software that does it all.

Negative: There isn't much I can think of as they have a roadmap of lists of making added improving functionality.

Summary: It's a very comprehensive trading platform, with a great user interface once you get over the learning curve. I really feel they listen to their user feedback and implement requests.

Positive: Great user interface, it's still aimed at users which have experience with trading terminals but it's one of the easier to use, especially in comparison to the trading terminals of the crypto exchanges.
Every so often there are new useful features sourced from user feedback. One of the big ones recently is a trading bot, which automates your trading based on signal from their own algorithm.

Negative: Some concepts can be hard to grasp and information on the screen can be overwhelming. But I think this is just part of the targeted users and once you get the hang of it you tend to understand it.
They provide additional lessons in their academy to understand crypto trading better using their application.

Summary: I would definitely recommend Altrady as I think it gives you a very nice overview of what is happening with your portfolio across all different platforms and it can help you trade with much more confidence and insight!

Positive: Very powerful tool with a lot of options for automating my trades and it's giving me overview over my assets. The new bots are scary at first, but they work perfectly and have grown my portfolio considerably!

Negative: Sometimes there are some bugs but the support team has always been very helpful to resolve my issues.
The learning curve can be quite steep.

Summary: Overall, I really enjoy using this platform, my experience with it is so far extremely satisfactory.

Positive: Nice interface, it works on Mac, and it is surely better than trading on Binance Web or Binance Mac app. The speed is a lot faster. Another major pro is that the support is extremely quick and nice. I was asking loads of questions. But the support teams really did their best to help me out and their responses were very satisfactory.

Also, the features are great. I find those features available here enough for me to gamble this market.

Negative: It does not support Hedge mode on Binance futures, but they told me it will be added soon.

Summary: Overall I'm very disappointed that the company doesn't seem to want to debug its software to create a product that actually works well for their customers. I wish someone with a strong ethical commitment to their customers and a vision for excellence would buy it and make it what it could be.

Positive: When it works this is nice trading software. It supports quite a few exchanges and has a nice feature set.

Negative: Every trading session using Altrady I experienced recurring bugs. Portfolio totals wouldn't update, trades wouldn't execute, couldn't create a new order, couldn't cancel orders, indicators would only work intermittently, charts wouldn't load. I'm on a high speed Internet connection with a new MacBook Pro so there's no reason I should have any trouble. Whenever I tried to work with support they seemed unconcerned and I was told to wait 72 hours for an answer. I waited up to 5 days to get an answer once after being promised a response in 72 hours. This is all very unprofessional for premium trading software that traders rely on to work properly at critical moments. On quite a few occasions I've lost substantial amounts on trades while using Altrady due to system bugs, I feel like Altrady doesn't really care about debugging their software and supporting their customers. This is a real shame as it has the potential to be great software if it wasn't so terribly buggy.
