Summary: BSG primarily powers messaging / text based marketing in my department. Asides from being able to send marketing content through SMS, BSG allows us automate communication with target prospects and customers through popular messaging applications like Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber etc. Integration with the most popular messenger applications is what I like the best as a user . Being able to do the above, has provided my department with an extra channel with which we can reach target audiences, with our marketing messages.

Positive: BSG's best aspect is it supports marketing to a high number of countries worldwide. Thanks so much.

Negative: There is a lot of room in improvement of user experience, But Haven't noticed any trouble yet.

Summary: SDK, implementation, and documentation, the products, and documentation, overall BSG has the most powerful tool to create whatever the people want to build, also it has clear documentation and examples. As a developer I am 100% satisfied they handle API integration. Good job!

The bulk SMS are sent amazingly fast and I had clients contact me within seconds of sending the messages. Thank you, BSG team.

Positive: BSG service helps me to contact all my clients by online bulk SMS to view statistics and analyze immediately.

Negative: I can't say that I have any problems. I can only talk about positive qualities.

Summary: Overall. I was satisfied with my investment in this product. It met my expectations to the max. Most importantly, my employees were able to figure it out without me.

Positive: I liked the fact that I could set up this product easily enough. My employees have also noticed that the product is quite easy to use. The product has solved a great deal of pain in my business.

Negative: The price was a little disappointing, but it didn't upset me too much.

Summary: In general, I would like to say that everything that is not done, all for the better. We went away from the competition to this service. I think it was worth it.

Positive: I personally liked everything. I am completely satisfied with the result. My employees were able to deal with the service without my intervention.

Negative: At first I thought it was rather expensive, for such a service. But now I'm pretty sure it's worth it.

Summary: Good software for reasonable price. If you have some small marketing agency or you don't have much money for a software, it's the best option.

Positive: Price;
A lot of functionality;
Good usability.
Still one of the best option if you need some good software for marketing need and you don't want to overpay for it.

Negative: Poor customer support service.
Some bugs in interface (not very often but I saw them 2 times.)

Summary: Good SMS and bulk email platform for businesses that helps to launch marketing campaigns and grow your sales and results.

Positive: Cheap per SMS price.
Useful functionality and diagrams, analytics.
Good phone support.
Support a lot of providers.
Many countries available.

Negative: Lack of chatbots functionality.
Don't have WhatsApp support.
