Summary: Love when receive points and able to spend on Amazon. Also, not quite used to giving recognitions on it yet, but moving forward plan to do it!

Positive: Recognition is so positive and encouraging. Awardco is an excellent way to express both! I had never heard of it and am so happy I work for a company that uses it.

Negative: I really do not have any cons. Awardco is very cool!

Summary: I haven't had any issues.

Positive: I like how easy it is to search, order, and receive the prize.

Negative: I don't like that I don't have enough points to recognize people.

Summary: It is really a nice product and very easy to use

Positive: It's a very great experience with my job and award I. It provides a means to appreciate and recognize your coworkers. It is very simple and easy to use. Also it takes few minutes to receive or accept your rewards. You can accommodate your rewards and use it later. It also provides options on how to claim the rewards.

Negative: I had a problem with the e debit card. I lost a $100.00 e debit card because apparently I was told that I couldn't use it.

Summary: Highly recommended site. Great products! Good prices!!! Plenty of things to choose from. Great value.

Positive: Lots of great products. Fast and easy shipping. Using Amazon a trusted site which is a bonus. Plus custom company merchandise.

Negative: No notification of when products should arrive. An email should be sent to follow up on orders that are placed and have been shipped.`

Summary: This is a great system for recognizing others' hard work and dedication. It's always nice receiving points.

Positive: With Awardco, it's very easy to give, receive, and redeem points. I like using it to give thanks to coworkers. Redemption is simple and quick with many options.

Negative: One time, I did receive a counterfeit pair of Apple headphones. The issue was remedied quickly but it was discouraging to experience. I would recommend redeeming for gift cards instead.

Summary: Overall, Awardco is easy to use, easy to track points, easy to redeem and very user friendly. Highly recommend!

Positive: Awardco makes recognition so much easier and they have many options when it comes to redeeming your points.

Negative: I have had no issues with Awardco over the year that I have used it.

Summary: Favorite rewards system! This is very helpful to celebrate co-workers and provide REAL motivation and show appreciation. The features to send similar Kudos to more than one person are very helpful for meetings or events where you want to show appreciation to a whole group!

Positive: - easy to use

Negative: - supervisors do not see Kudos of their employees

Summary: I've been awarded many times and I really appreciate it. It makes me feel good to know my managers care.

Positive: Awardco is a great way to recognize people for their hard work when they might not get the recognition they deserve.

Negative: Sometimes I can't get to the site from the app and have to search for it.

Summary: I would recommend to anyone…It’s very useful and can be for anyone who has a business or just a employee…

Positive: Easy to use and navigate. It also gives you many different options to choose from. I just like the setup…

Negative: Not sure….. I haven’t had a issue yet… Maybe the fees..

Summary: Overall enjoyable. Have not had issues with damage or returns. Would prefer a site dark mode option.

Positive: The website is easy to navigate and points are redeemed instantly. Redemption options are excellent.

Negative: Redemption minimums are arbitrary and restrictive.

Summary: I enjoy using this platform and rewarding my coworkers with something that makes them happy. I feel like my team at work enjoys working hard to earn these rewards.

Positive: There are many rewards to choose from and you can claim various E-gift cards at almost any dollar amount. E-gift cards you claim are instantly sent to your email address to redeem.

Negative: Some E-gift cards require a minimum amount of points to redeem. It would be nice to increase the variety of stores where you can redeem E-gift cards.

Summary: Very positive. Looking forward to future usage. Hopefully there will be more products available in the future.

Positive: I like that it gives you away to recognize people who deserve recognition. And the ease of being able to buy what I want.

Negative: There isn't anything I don't like about use the application.

Summary: Great experience and just a quick and easy process. From start to finish its designed to be a wonderful experience and you can select from a wide variety of places to redeem your reward points.

Positive: Very simple to use and redeem your points with a wide variety of choices. The process to apply these points is ultra safe and easy as well. I love it!!

Negative: Honestly, I have nothing to dislike. Its the go to for getting awarded with no hassles to redeem.

Summary: Just amazing! There are products that I have to save to get later because they are more expensive then other but a great system none the less. I am grateful for the opportunity to use such a reliable resource.

Positive: Awardco is the the most beneficial source of additional payment towards things that may be needed. Awardco has changed my life by allowing me to buy things that I need & have it sent to me. The product are amazing in variety also.

Negative: I wish they were given out more often throughout the year & with a larger amount only because the pricing can be high for quality products.

Summary: I am a user of the system, not an administrator, but from a user perspective I think the AwardCo system is great and I wish that the last few companies I worked for had used it. In my last few jobs my bosses would hand me a gift card to a restaurant I didn't like, because it was my work anniversary for example and they didn't ask me ahead of time. From their perspective, I understand why it would be hard to reward a team member without just handing them cash. AwardCo solves this problem easily because the "AwardCo Points" can be spent on almost anything and so I am always excited to get them because I can pick whatever I want.

My company has made great use of it to celebrate events or reward team members who participated in certain challenges. In fact, I even started a contest within my own department that enters users into a drawing each month to win some AwardCo points. It's a great system and I really don't have any complaints.

Positive: -A lot of choices for rewards (from physical items to gift cards)
-Flexible system
-Easy to use
-Promotes recognition and encouragement

Negative: I have been trying to come up with some negatives, but I really don't know what the downsides are. If I had to come up with something I would ask for more features, more rewards choices, and more integration with other SASE tools. However, I already think they have an excellent selection of rewards, features, and integrations.
