Positive: Very simple and easy to use texting platform. Really helped me connect with my customers in a way that email was lacking.
Negative: The software did not have all of the integrations I was looking for, specifically google, but we made it work just fine without it.

Summary: The experience so far has been great. Avochato's support team is also easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend them.
Positive: Avochato makes it extremely simple for us to interface with our clients. Really remarkable how simple and seamless it works.
Negative: Was a bit slow when we first started using it over a year ago, but speed has greatly improved since.

Summary: Avochato provides basic features very easy to use, as a beginner you don't need any further assistance. Broadcast messages in which one message can be sent to all saves lots of time. There are many flexible tags provided to manage the contacts. Sometimes we need to do the text at specific time but at the same time we had some urgent work in that case we can schedule the text. The customer service is always there to help you. Avochato is reliable and secure app.
Positive: Mobile app to communicate better and manage conversation. Broadcast messages saves time. Flexible tags are there to organize contacts. Repetitive questions are being answered automatically. Text messages can be scheduled as per the time and requirements. Customisable and reliable tool. User friendly app.
Negative: Till now no cons is there but it would be more impressive if Gifs can be added into messages.
