Summary: I like that AMFG lets us keep better track of our production and we can now easily identify bottlenecks and optimize our production processes for improved efficiency.

Positive: AMFG allows us to follow our entire production process from beginning to end. It also helps us keep track of activities on our shop floor. We find areas for improvement to better our processes.

Negative: We have problems with generating shipping labels for orders and sometimes the system can be slow.

Summary: AMFG works great for spare part manufacturing. It is great working from one system that have multiple features where previously we needed a few systems in order to manage our orders, production and post-processing.

Positive: Enables easy creation of a digital inventory of spare parts.
- Simplifies the process of ordering and reordering parts.

Negative: The loader in the Project/Ticket view is not always centered when scrolling through the table.

Summary: Although it may take some time to get to know the system, AMFG truly does offer us exactly what we need and even features we did not know we would need.

Positive: - Tracking part quality and post-processing services for additive operations is made seamless with AMFGs.
- We can deploy digital workers to automate repetitive processes, enhancing reliability and efficiency.

Negative: Sub-field creation issue under post-processing. It is unclear whether the inability to create a sub-field under post-processing is a bug.

Summary: We have been able to eliminate many different systems we were previously using by implementing AMFG. For anyone still making use of multiple systems to manage your production, I would really recommend you give AMFG a try.

Positive: One of our main challenges was managing multiple production sites and suppliers. AMFG's software has seamlessly integrated all our internal and external production facilities onto a single centralized platform. we can easily track and manage production across different geographies, bringing our production closer to points of need. The ability to manufacture spare parts on-demand, anywhere, and anytime has allowed us to streamline our operations and improve overall productivity.

Negative: We have been experiencing difficulties in finding a suitable payment gateway for some customers in smaller countries. Despite mentioning several options, most of them don’t cater to all countries. This limitation has caused inconvenience and delays in processing payments, and we urge AMFG to address this issue by expanding their available payment gateway options

Summary: We are a contract manufacturer that has made significant investments in additive manufacturing, and this software has played a important role in optimizing our operations.
Although not all the features are useful to us just yet, we at least knows that they are available to us and will work well with our other operations when the time comes.

Positive: The features to standardize manufacturing processes and adapt automation parameters to various technology. Simplifies order and data entry, generate accurate job costings and providing real-time progress reports. The communication and collaboration features enable seamless coordination within our team and with our clients.

Negative: It takes a lot of time to do the training on the system. AMFG need to simplify their training options for businesses like us who don’t always have the time to complete the training.

Summary: Since using AMFG, we have been able to deliver exceptional products to our clients, with better overall service. Internally, everyone knows what is going on and when and this has saved us a lot of time in the long run.

Positive: AMFG understands the intricacies of our operations and provides us with a mix of standard and advanced features.

- We are able to provide printing services to external clients and use the system internally

Negative: Overall, I don't have any major issues with AMFG, but it did require extensive training to fully grasp its functionalities.

Summary: Justifying the investment in AM has been challenging for us as we have only recently realized the great potential for AM and our future business goals. We appreciate AMFG's focus on future growth, as we aim to expand our AM function and explore new applications in the coming years.

Positive: Advanced file analysis and repair tools help you to ensure the suitability of CAD files for 3D printing. The ability to track quality documentation and utilize barcode tracking for post-processing has improved our efficiency.

Negative: If you have budget restraints, AMFG may be difficult to implement if AM is not your main focus as the system can be pricey.

Summary: I run a small business with a large focus on AM operations where we manufacture for both B2B and B2C clients. AMFG’s software has provided us with a fantastic system to help us manage our processes more effectively. With the system, we have experienced quick wins and witnessed the growth of our AM function.

Negative: We recently experienced an issue where certain parts were not visible on the “Create a build” page. However, I must say the team at AMFG worked tirelessly to fix this small bug.

Positive: The level of sophistication provided by this service for streamlining quotation processes is truly remarkable.

Negative: Sometimes, but not often, we experience small errors in the system. There are a few integration options that we require that AMFG has not yet built in.

Summary: Having previously used various additive manufacturing systems for sheet metal fabrication, I was thrilled to discover AMFG. This comprehensive platform surpasses anything I've experienced before.

Positive: Its standout feature is the ability to streamline our sheet metal fabrication operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Negative: Some staff members have expressed that they struggle to navigate the system as it can become too complex for them. We have to request additional training when these concerns arise.

Positive: he Injection Molding features offered by AMFG are quite impressive, providing a seamless and efficient solution for our manufacturing needs.

Negative: The cost estimation tool is not bad, however, has shown perceived inaccuracies, especially given the complexities of factoring in fluctuating material prices and the substantial time investment required to configure and consistently fine-tune it.

Summary: It took us some time to realize that AMFG would be perfect for our CNC machining needs, and we are happy we took the chance on the system as the benefits have paid off.

Positive: We were able to customize the quotation process to meet our business needs and leverage AMFG's adaptable quotation system with rich parameters for optimal results.

Negative: I was pleasantly surprised by AMFG's software, though I wished they emphasized its broader manufacturing capabilities. Currently, their focus on additive manufacturing overshadows other features, like their efficient CNC machining setups.

Summary: AMFG has been a great addition to our CNC machining needs. The system has incredible features that have not only assisted my business in working more efficiently but have also been a part of the reason our revenue has grown.

Positive: I can't believe how streamlined the RFQ response is with AMFG. Their fast quoting feature on the website instantly provides accurate quotations based on CAD details and real-time inventory.

Negative: Initially, I encountered a few challenges with the introduction of AMFG. However, as time progressed, all these issues were successfully resolved.

Summary: Overall the system can be beneficial when used to its full potential. It needs some work here and there, however when weighing the pros and cons of other systems as well, AMFG came on top.

Positive: AMFG streamlines serial production by allowing you to set production parameters and part specifications to ensure that there is consistent part reproducibility during serial printing.

Negative: The platform fails to display ordering parts in a table. During the demo, the system exhibited significant slowness, which hindered our experience.

Summary: We have been using AMFG since 2019 and it has proven to be a useful system for monitoring our processes. We tried some other systems before AMFG and this was the only one we tried that fit our AM needs at this stage.

Positive: I personally like the layout of the software and that for the most part, the system is user-friendly for most of our employees.

Negative: We recently received a server error when we tried to search for the customer project ID on the catalog.
