This system operates seamlessly alongside existing platforms like Buildium and AppFolio, delivering responses via email in a prioritized queue that sorts issues from most critical to least urgent, or through an API which prepares the information in advance for the work order you choose to initiate. You retain the authority to determine who is assigned to handle each task.
