The requests are automatically prioritized according to the escalation channels that you have set up for your property. JobCall sends out work requests to your designated staff via text and phone messages after prioritizing them. You can easily view details, assign staff and prioritize resolution of each resident emergency request captured by our system.
Property managers have a difficult time prioritizing and managing high call volumes from residents and tenants. Property managers are usually busy with tours, resident issues, and not on site after hours to answer calls. Calls are missed and stored in a voicemail box which is unorganized. This results in fewer leases, and a lower level of resident satisfaction.
