SubLien helps general contractors collect lien waivers, certificates of insurance and W-9s from their subcontractors, and keeps every vendor document on one record per sub. Subcontractors respond from a secure emailed link on any device, without creating an account, and automatic reminders follow up until the document comes back. Lien waivers are supported in all 50 states: SubLien uses the statutory form where a state requires one, and you can also upload and map your own waiver PDFs. COI review starts with AI-prefilled ACORD 25 data that your team verifies against company, project and vendor insurance minimums.
