SubLien is a software solution designed for subcontractor compliance that aids general contractors in managing various tasks such as lien-waiver requests, certificate of insurance collection and review, W-9 submissions, vendor information, project details, and payment records within a unified workflow. The platform allows teams to generate both conditional and unconditional waivers while maintaining visibility of the project's status and selected documentation for client or legal review, facilitating the collection of signatures via secure email links. When it comes to COIs, the software's document parsing feature automatically fills in details, allowing the customer's reviewer to verify the source, make necessary edits, and ensure compliance with company or project-specific minimums before documenting their assessment. SubLien operates independently but also offers optional integrations with Procore and QuickBooks Online for added functionality. Each paid subscription grants access to all features along with unlimited users, vendors, and projects, with the exception of document limits. It's important to note that while SubLien tracks the customer's workflow, it does not make determinations regarding the legal validity, coverage, compliance, authority, enforceability, or payment aspects of the documents processed.
